Chill with family and friends at Karla's Cottage
Karla's Cottage is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Two Queen beds and one full bed makes it easy to sleep 6. The Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. A full-sized washer and dryer are available on property. A propane grill along with a large deck make everything just right for eating, visiting, reading, or just enjoying the atmosphere. Walmart is 3.3m, Silver Dollar City 7.6m, Table Rock Lake 10m, Sight and Sound Theater 13m, Branson Landing 18m, Dogwood Canyon 20m.
Karla's Cottage is quite cozy and extremely clean. Newly remolded with an open concept and three bedrooms / two bathrooms. The full kitchen has dishes, cookware, knives and utensils that will make your meal preparation fun and easy. A microwave, air fryer, toaster, mixing bowls, and an assortment of baking pans are also at your disposal. The huge deck and concrete patio give all sorts of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Motorcycle enthusiasts….we are in a great location for your spring and fall rides and can make the garage available for your bikes. Come on!
Guests have access to the entire house.

Karla's Cottage is located on Main Street in a very small community not far from Super Walmart and area attractions. If you want to have some space and yet be extremely close to everything, then this is it!
Dollar General is about 2 min. Walmart Supercenter is about 7 min. Silver Dollar City is about 10-12 min and very little traffic coming from this direction. Cape Fair boat ramp for Table Rock Lake is about 10 min. Branson shows and entertainment is about 18-20 min. Bass Pro Shop Aquarium in Springfield is 30-40 min. This is a great location for having a space to relax and stay relatively close to all the attractions.
Take care of our property. No smoking of any kind inside the dwelling. Guests are limited to the number at time of check in unless approval is granted.

Spent all my life working from sun up to sun down. A long illness with my father and a quadruple bypass for me made me stop and think about things. Since I never really took many vacations, I enjoy helping others have a great time with their families.
Why they chose this property
Our neighbor Karla was diagnosed with cancer and needed to move closer to doctors and family. Sitting outside around a fire we told her we would buy it and we closed in two weeks. We had no idea what we would do with it...and now this is our third season of offering families a tremendous place to stay at a very reasonable price.
What makes this property unique
Karla's Cottage is cute and comfortable. It will always be sparkling clean. We are a family business and are involved in every facet of the property.
