Location, Location, Location. Enjoy the relaxing sounds, smells, and breeze from the ocean while sitting poolside. Relax in the shade or even take a break in the game room while enjoying all the beach has to offer, too. This is the upper East Side unit of this Triplex home. It was renovated in 2024/2025, everything is new and fresh. 3 BR 2BA, large kitchen, and great room this beach villa lives large. The other two units are rented separately on VRBO. Bring other families with you. Every unit has a private entrance and its own designated parking for two cars. The pool, game room, and laundry are shared spaces. Pets are welcome with a $200 fee; the second pet is $100, with a max of 2 pets. Some breads and size restrictions due to insurance policy, sorry. Come and enjoy.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean, the host was great making sure we arrived and to see if we needed anything. We definitely will come back- everything was perfect and we had such a wonderful time!
