Great house in quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Immaculately clean. Loved the pool grotto.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 and our 2 doodle dogs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and preparing meals. It would be great to supply basic salt and pepper and 1 morning of coffee. Also, extra blankets and board games. Each room has its own a/c unit so that is nice when you have different guest with temperature preferences. The back patio was a nice place to have coffee. The house is close to the main road, but the traffic didn't really bother us, the concrete wall around the house helps with that, I think. Also, sticker burs are terrible pretty much along the entire neighborhood but we did find an empty lot that was mowed down to take our dogs. We rented chairs and a wagon and drove down to the boardwalk because we had our dogs but it's not a bad walk from the house. Overall, this is a great property, and we would stay here again.

New beautiful property but a lot of ants in the kitchen there. Far from the boardwalk to the beach. The landscaping hasn’t been completed so all weeds and sandburs so difficult to walk my dog anywhere to use restroom.
