We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The 2 king master ensuites on the first floor were exactly what we were looking for. Lots of room and the location is great if you are going to Disney. Will definitely go back again!

Great villa and location.

We needed a villa for 7 adults so this was perfect with 5 double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Not overlooked at the back was another bonus.

Perfect family stay

Great property!

My family and I just left and had an amazing stay. We’ve stayed in WH several times and the different properties keep bringing us back. This property was clean and perfect! One minor thing I left a note of, but other than that I would definitely book again.

Great Space

This property was exactly what was advertised. Great space, comfortable beds, hot tub and pool that were connected and stayed warm enough to swim in comfortably in January. about 15 minutes from the gate of Epcot with easy in and out to Disney. Highly recommend this location for Disney excursions.

Would stay here again!!

Easy check in process! Clean property! The pool pump messed up our first evening so I called Global Resorts the next morning and they sent someone almost immediately, he couldn't get it fixed and had to send a pool guy. The pool and hot tub was fixed in a very timely manner!! Great customer service!!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and large enough for all five of us to have our own room. The house was quiet, clean, roomy and the pool was fairly private. It was easy to relax here. There were a few minor maintenance type issues—screen panel missing over pool, garage game room had a strange odor, burned out light bulb in bathroom—but nothing that would keep us from renting again. The management company was super nice and extremely easy to deal with.

Very responsive and great to work with

We ran into a few small issues but they were so quick with responding and sending someone! House was exactly what we expected. Would definitely stay here again! If we had to change anything it would be nicer blankets/extra blankets, curtains on windows in all bedrooms and swivel tvs. These are definitely NoT complaints just things that would update or make stay even better. Definitely recommend global properties! Superb customer service!

Spacious, clean, and inclusive

3 families stayed at various points and we could easily accommodate everyone. Communication was great. House was plenty big, very clean, comfortable (including all the beds), and included all amenities. Game room was a bit outdated but served its purpose for some additional space and fun. Pool and spa were terrific. There are separate entrances to the development for owners and renters which was a minor inconvenience as GPS always wants to take you to owner gate which is a completely separate area and direction and times vary. Also the visitor gate was not allowing scans so we had to stop each time to enter instead of just using the reader. Minor IMO. House was overall great and would recommend

Clean but response from property management was lacking

The property was clean; however we did have an issue with a raccoon in the attic and a leak in the garage/game room. There was a live trap visible on the roof in the front of the house, and we heard movement in the ceiling. When the issue was reported, the only response was a maintenance person coming a day later to take a picture of the leak in the game room. There was no further communication from the property management. The day before we left the live trap was removed, but again no one reached out to let us know if the raccoon had been captured.

Nice House

The house is really nice overall, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We had a few issues the jacuzzi was not working but it got fixed the next day, the pool was very dirty and had ants, but we didn’t spend the day at the house so I didn’t bother to call again for a cleaning. One of the upstairs baths will not drain and it will fill while taking a shower. Make sure you have only 3 cars because security at the gate will not let you in, the property manager informed us of this when we signed the contract but we had a situation and we ended up going in 4 cars. Demetrius from Global Resort was very attentive and helped us get a permit from the association so we can park the 4th car by the tennis courts but this process took like 4 hours so our family waited outside the condominium until we got a resolution. He also allowed us an early check in. Overall we were happy with our stay, but there were those minor issues that needs to be fixed in the house

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and would have definitely tended to the pool should you have reported it. Our pools are serviced once per week, but we do know that even though the home has a pool cage, dirt can get into the pools. As far as the drain upstairs, we too would have tended to this issue. Windsor Hills does have a strict car policy, 3 cars are allowed and if there is a 4th car, we would need to get permission from the clubhouse. Thank you for your visit!

Nice location and house

The house is very nice. Plenty of room. Each bedroom has a bath which makes it nice if you have a lot of people, but bath towels and wash cloths were not in each bath correctly. If you pay for pool heat check it as soon as you get in. I checked and the hot tub was not hot. The bottom of the swimming pool and hot tub were dirty. I called and they told me to turn on the hot tub and that should heat it up in about 30 minutes or so, but it did not heat up. They said they would have the pool heat checked and pool cleaned as soon as possible since it is scheduled for Thursday cleaning. I call in the next morning, Sunday, and they said they would send someone over to check it. Late that afternoon, a maintenance man came over to check it and he said the controls had been set wrong and the pool water circulation was also set wrong, so he set it correctly and the hot tub started to heat up. He took some pictures of the bottom of the hot tub and pool, which he said should be cleaned. He reached into the hot tub and was able to pick up an item which looked like glass but it was a charm that broke, since it was not glass, we were able to use the hot tub that night. It was Tuesday before the pool cleaning firm came and cleaned the pool. However, I paid for seven days of pool heat and did not get it for the full seven days. Other then the hot tub and pool problem, this house was very nice. I would have given house a five star rating other than pool problem. and towels not put in each bath.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed the home. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced throughout the beginning of your stay with us. This is not at all up to Global standard and are so sorry that this was not resolved for you during your stay with us. I have gone ahead and submitted a refund request for the full amount that you were charged for pool heat for your stay. We always put the pool heater on two days prior to any guest's stay to give the pool heater time to heat up the full body of water before you arrive. I see that this was missed on our end and will take full responsibility for this matter. We hope that you give us another chance in the future for any stays that you may plan to the Disney area. Windsor hills with ups and downs

Property had a few issues that were addressed with property management . House had a few cleaning issues and pool was not useable for first day and a half . Property management I dealt with were adequate with assisting with the issues. Sent a list so that a few not working things in the house could be addressed before next renters checked in. Check in and check out process was easy .

Ideal villa with south facing pool

Villa was in a good location with a nice south facing pool area and not overlooked. Only downside was that villa looked like it could do with a paint and update, including the pool area with some uneven flooring around the pool, and uncomfortable pool furniture (not enough sun beds or seats for all that stayed either) Pool maintenance company were really good and the pool guy that came to the property on each occasion is a credit to the company he works for, polite, informative and nothing was to much trouble for him. Global resort homes team were always polite and prompt in there responses.
