We had a big group ranged from 5 years old to over 40 years old! Everyone had a great time. Very spacious! We all felt very comfortable!

This host was truly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. They thought of every detail to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. From towels in every room and freshly made beds to stocked coffee, laundry pods, paper towels, extra toilet paper, and so much more, everything we could possibly need was already there. We’ve stayed in many New Jersey beach rentals over the years, and this level of thoughtfulness and convenience is rare—it really made a difference. They even left snacks for the kids when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. Another helpful tip: the refrigerator has filtered water, so there’s no need to bring water jugs (something we didn’t realize beforehand and would have loved to know!). The beach is an easy walk away, and the house is stocked with plenty of beach gear, including backpack chairs for everyone. Overall, this was an exceptional host experience. We can’t say enough good things and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful property for family beach weekend. Clean, spacious, thoughtfully furnished. Great location. Even had beach towels, beach chairs, games, books and all the kitchen essentials you'd need. Finding street parking was easy and they included parking passes.We even left some items behind and they were so prompt in responding and even mailed them back to us! Amazing experience and look forward to renting from Host House again in the future!

We are so thankful that we were lucky enough to secure this beautiful house for our long weekend trip! The house was so spacious, incredibly clean and very well appointed! Many of the items we thought we may need to run to the store for, were already there for our use (coffee, laundry detergent, bathroom sundries, spices, etc). The beach chairs were perfect and brand new. We made use of the beach cart for our day at the beach which made carting all of our chairs, supplies and beach towels (also included by the host) a breeze! Also, the walk to the beach was so quick & easy - Only 1.5 blocks away!We spent hours around the patio fire pit in the evenings, which was simple to use & the patio furniture was quite cozy.The bedrooms were lovely and more than enough room for our group. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and the attached bathrooms were ideal. I always like to wake up early while on vacation so I can make the most of my time away, but I definitely slept in a little longer this weekend!Lastly, my personal favorite part of the house was the little office on the first floor. Although I was “away,” I still had emails to respond to and a few calls to make. In the morning, I would make my coffee and head to the office for a bit. The carpet was so soft, desk was the perfect size and the glass panel door kept me connected to the rest of the house even when it was closed for a call. By far, our favorite house and the BEST host - hands down!
