This is a house, not a condo. The Inn is situated in the best possible location and orientation on Snug Harbor. You'll see beautiful sunrises and sunsets from any position in the main living space and either sunrise or sunset from any bedroom!!!

Upside down design puts main living space on 3rd floor. Together with an open floor plan and optimal location you have unobstructed elevated views of most of Atlantic City from anywhere in the Inn!!!

First floor: Game room featuring bar, pool table and ping pong. Play and entertain with a water view. Door and windows to lower deck allow interaction with guests using the lower deck and those in the game room/bar. Pass food from the grill and drink from the bar through the open windows!

Finished garage (for your use) with automatic opener. Rear lower deck with private boat slip and floating dock on Snug Harbor is yours to use.

Second floor: 3 of the 4 bedrooms here. Master bedroom has private furnished deck overlooking Snug Harbor! Second master with desk overlooking State Harbor Marina. Every bedroom has a water view and a full bathroom.

Third floor: Main living space: kitchen, dining, living room, laundry. Furnished deck. Indoor areas here feel like they're outside because you'll see water 270 degrees around.

Fourth floor: Another master bedroom with full bathroom with spectacular views of Snug Harbor, State Marina and casinos!!!

We provide all HOTEL QUALITY bedding* including pillows, linens (including extra linens), comforters and extra blankets, toilet paper, towels, hotel sized toiletries -(shampoo, conditioner, body wash), hairdryers in every full bathroom, iron and board, kitchenware, coffee machine with decaf and regular coffee, dishwasher and dishwasher soap, all cleaning supplies, laundry machines with detergent. You only need your groceries!

CLEANIEST BEDS ANYWHERE. Our all white hotel quality bed linens are professionally laundered. Beds have mattress encasements covered with a separate mattress protector that's under the fitted sheet. The mattress protector is laundered along with the rest of the linens. Our cleaning company has been in business in the area for over 25 years and they think we're crazy for requesting the mattress protector to be laundered! We're the only ones in the business doing that! The comforters are inside duvet covers and that assembly is sandwiched between two flat sheets that are of course laundered as well. No trace of a previous guest will be near you!!!
