Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Turn off all appliances including AC units. Lock balcony doors.
Throw our all garbage in the garbage chute located to the right of unit, first door on the left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep balcony AC condenser doors wide open at all times. Any complaints of noise or disturbance and guests may be asked to lease the premises.
