This condo is centrally located in Branson and just 1 block from the main strip in Branson yet tucked away along the Thousand Hills Golf Course so you can enjoy a quiet setting that happens to be very close to the most popular Branson attractions. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space giving your family plenty of room to spread out and relax. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a HDTV in the living and large Flat Screens in each Bedroom, Free WIFI, King Beds in each bedroom, a formal dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar area and stools, and full-size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Legacy". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. There is parking directly in front and you are just steps from the front door..

This upscale condo is just a few blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd.(The Strip), and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to all the shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family. Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock or Taneycomo lakes with all the water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities available. Historic downtown and Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You can also take the 'scenic back way' to Silver Dollar city and be there in just minutes. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

The parking was right by the front door. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Jetted tub was awesome and rain head shower luxurious. Condo was surprisingly spacious and elegant with wonderful screened in porch. The unit had everything we need and it is close to all the shows in Branson. LOVED IT!!!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Our host Dave and was so helpful and kind. We could not find key to pool and he brought a new key for us to get in pool house. Of course we found the original we overlooked it. The condo very clean, very comfortable and felt like home. The bed was comfortable and just enjoyed the 4 day stay. Easy instructions in book regarding door codes, wi-fi, even had emergency numbers to ambulance & clinics. It was one of the best Condo’s we’ve stayed at in Branson. Will stay here again.

I am confused to why the low review since you never stayed at this particular condo and decided you wanted a refund prior to your stay. We felt we were very gracious and was able to refund almost all of your money. As you recall, you booked for a 30 day period and we were able to refund almost all your money. This condo was immaculate and a great price for the price during the winter rate period. We have had nothing but wonderful reviews and compliments on this particular condo. It is only a block from the main strip, very clean, nicely updated, indoor pool, NO steps, etc. Anyway, I was just confused since it would be hard to rate without actually staying and receiving a generous refund even though it technically did not qualify for a refund. We always make sure our guests are taken care of and attempt to go above and beyond to accommodate or help out in any situation. In this situation, we did waive almost all of the cancellation fee and did everything we could possibly do to help you out in your situation.
