Great Week at a Beautiful Property

This home has a great set-up and has been beautifully maintained. Very clean, good-size rooms, and has everything you need and more. Fishing from the dock and relaxing in the hot tub/pool were very relaxing. The outdoor screened-in area is huge and doubles the living space of the property. We were in town for travel baseball in Ft. Myers and it was an easy drive to the ball parks, to the beaches, fishing, dining, and shopping. There is a burrowing owl site in the neighborhood which made for fun viewing driving by, we caught a few fish from the dock, and saw a large green iguana, and several bird species. I highly recommend this property!

Relaxing FL Vacation

We loved staying at the house. It was super comfortable and the pool was wonderful. We rented a boat and we’re able to dock it right behind the house. It took about 30 minutes to take the boat from the house to open water.

Immaculate Home

This home was absolutely stunning! It was so clean, probably the cleanest I’ve stayed in with a vacation home. It was perfect for a couples getaway trip with the suites being on opposite sides of the home. It was well equipped with pretty much anything you needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was our favorite! We were so comfortable in this home. Our only issue was location. We wished we could pick this house up and move it closer to the beach! It take a good 30 minutes to get to the closest beach in Fort Myers. There is just a lot of traffic and traffic lights that make the trips a little longer, but that’s common in Florida. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved the home!

Beautiful home, Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this home! The kitchen was equipped pretty well. You can grill outside also if you like. The beds were fairly comfortable if you like a firm mattress. There was plenty of linens/towels for going to beach. The garage had a few beach chairs and umbrella if you do go to the beach. The pool was very clean and warm. We rented a boat from Cape Coral Boats and we were able to dock it right at the house. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to a Publix. Definitely recommend going to Lobster Lady, and the homemade ice cream store next to it Cape Coral Creamery. Also recommend Pink Sea Photography to take your family beach photos! We definitely stay here again!

BUGS!!!!!!

The pool was pretty and the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was unable to be used due to an ant infestation and a broken toilet seat in the master bathroom. A cockroach was also found in the master bathroom. More ants were all over the pool deck. Also something was leaking from the ceiling in the garage. Pool lights didn’t work and the replacement lights didn’t have batteries so we had to purchase batteries for the lights those along with terro for the ant infestation. The house was nice but geez all the issues were frustrating.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed the property a lot. The pool was nice and the house was as described. Thank you guys for making our stay perfect. If you need anything you just let them know and they are there to fix any problems. Would definitely stay here again.

I would have have 5 Stars but…

There was Zero Water Pressure in Master Bath and had an Ant issue. Without these two items I would have given the VRBO 5 Stars Management Company did send out an exterminator ASAP. Home is Beautiful

Fantastic rental property

This property was very enjoyable, clean, and well equipped with a beautiful pool on the canal. The house has lots of close restaurant options and things to do. True to the pictures. We will be coming back for sure.

Stunning property - Just perfect

We loved everything about our stay in Cape Coral - especially this house! This is our best experience with a VRBO. Everything was exactly as pictured. The place was super clean and up to date with literally everything you could possibly need available. We can't wait to come back to visit!

Outstanding rental

Everything was perfect for our week long stay. Everything was tip top shape and very clean. Pool and hot tub was the perfect touch to relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and will look to stay here again.

Amazing place!!!

I would highly recommend this place especially if you want to have privacy.Amazing house that have absolutely everything you need. Very nice and clean pool and spa. Closest beach is 30 min away... We will definitely come back in a future.

Everything you see is what you get. Absolutely beautiful property.

We had a wonderful time. We had one small issue of the hot tub not heating up. However, Neil had someone out there the next day to have it fixed! We would without a doubt stay again!

Wonderful home to have a relaxing vacation.

The house is represented accurately in the VRBO description and pictures. The pool was wonderful, and my husband and I have fallen in love with Cape Coral. Already planning our next trip! If it works out, we will be staying at Villa Solis again. FYI: 7-eleven will have bait for your fishing needs; they’re right up the road from the property.
