The Space:
Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This spacious retreat features four generously sized bedrooms, each with a KING bed and ample closet space, making it ideal for both quick getaways and extended stays.
The finished basement adds a second living area and includes two trundle beds (four twin beds total)—a great setup for families or larger groups. With three full bathrooms, all thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, everyone can settle in comfortably.
Enjoy two inviting living spaces: the main-level living room is perfect for cozy movie nights, while the basement lounge offers a relaxed spot to unwind or spread out. For extra fun, the garage has been converted into a game room featuring foosball, air hockey, and a poker table—fun for all ages.
Parking is available in the driveway only.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including quality cookware, beautiful dishes, and glassware. And yes—fresh coffee is ready for your mornings ☕️
Traveling with kids or planning a low-key night in? You’ll find a variety of board games and a closet stocked with children’s toys, offering plenty of entertainment throughout your stay.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. The garage is a game room and not used for paking.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Shawnee, Kansas—one of the most charming neighborhoods in metropolitan Kansas City.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is readily accessible. The garage and driveway is usable. The neighborhood is great for walks!
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security camera are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks.
THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
LOCAL GUESTS-we don't host locals unless preapproved. We reserve the right to decline local bookings if no proper preauthorization/screening is done.
