Executive Quiet Home on Edge of City

Hosted guests from Switzerland, Vietnam, China, South Africa, Australia, all over Canada & USA. Short term and long term. Enjoy the comforts of home in a cozy bedroom. All the comforts like home away from home. Plenty of private space, 2 living rooms, well equipped open kitchen with all accessories & laundry facilities are available. This 3800Sq foot home is located on EAST side of Saskatoon near plenty of shops & restaurants, easy access to city center. Coffee/tea/light breakfast available. Basically renting a bedroom in a huge quiet home on the east side of Saskatoon.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Excellent bed and pillows

Although the bed and pillows were excellent, we were not aware at time of booking that we would be placed in a basement bedroom and would be required to share a bathroom with another tenant. We were very upset to find that there was no way to secure the bedroom door and there were no night lights in the hallway leading to the bathroom. Aside from the stairs where we entered the basement there was no other easily accessible means of egress. The breakfast consisted of dried out muffins, fresh bananas and apples that had been past their best before date.

Excellent hospitality, exceeding our expectations.

This family, the owners, were very hospitable. Our room, the bathroom, the living rooms, the kitchen and the dining area were all clean, well stocked, and easily accessible. The bedroom was very clean and very comfortable. We'd gladly return and stay here for any length of time whenever we might visit the area again.

Amazing house. Super host.

Dennis was a great host. The home is very nice and clean. All the comforts of home and very close to shopping areas if needed. Also reasonably close to airport. Dennis was insightful, but gave you your space. I would recommend this property.
