With generous yard space between the homes, you’ll enjoy both privacy and room to gather, complete with separate fire pits and backyard decks perfect for relaxing evenings.

Inside, each home is thoughtfully furnished with plush seating, reclining sofas, a big screen TV, granite countertops, and durable luxury waterproof flooring. The fully stocked kitchens make it easy to prepare family meals or entertain with ease. Centrally located to everything Barren River Lake has to offer, you’ll have quick access to boating, fishing, dining, and outdoor adventure while still enjoying a peaceful setting. One small pet is welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee.
