My girlfriend and I came down from Chicago area to visit my son, who's a student at UA. It was a big game weekend, so it was going to be crowded in town. An easy 40-minute or so drive to this adorable, older, cozy home -- VERY clean, lots of character, all the modern conveniences we needed, and more -- in the middle of a quiet, hilly, wooded neighborhood. This was a perfect getaway after a long day of college "game day" festivities, time to relax and put our feet up. Our host, Terri was proactive in welcoming us and quick to respond to any message. Very organized. She thought of everything, as if she was her own guest! I would highly recommend this cottage and hope to be back myself someday. (I even made friends with a sweet neighbor kitty, who welcomed us home every evening and came to say goodbye the morning we left).
