I’m a lifelong Oklahoma City local who enjoys NBA games, concerts, and downtown events; Paycom Center is just 10 minutes away. I enjoy hosting because this is my personal home, thoughtfully set up for comfort and longer stays, not a managed or impersonal rental. It’s locally overseen by my dad, who lives nearby and is professionally cleaned and inspected after each stay. So the home is well maintained.
Why they chose this property
This home is located in a central, highly convenient part of Oklahoma City that’s close to everything but still quiet and residential. Grocery stores, major hospitals, downtown, the Paycom Center, and popular districts like Midtown, Plaza, and Paseo are all just minutes away, making it easy to enjoy the city while coming home to a calm, safe neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
This home is set up the way I personally like to live, which makes it especially comfortable for longer stays. It’s fully furnished and stocked, with high-speed internet, smart TVs in every room, washer and dryer, all major appliances, and plenty of space to spread out. There’s a dedicated monitor available for work, making it easy to work remotely, and a large backyard that’s great for relaxing or spending time outside. Combined with the location, it’s a place where guests can settle in and feel at home rather than just passing through.
