Great location, awesome accommodations and very homey.

We had a small family reunion for the Savannah St. Patrick’s Day parade and really enjoyed the comforts of the home and the location to great restaurants and bars.

Outstanding, perfect for our group

We loved the property and location; it was perfect for our group. There are a few quirks, like light switches that are hard to find or don't seem to do anything, but the property management was very helpful to answer our questions. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay there again.

AMAZING!

We just returned from the most amazing stay in Tybee. The house itself is great, we had plenty of space for everyone. The location can't be beat. You are half a block from two nice beaches and lots of restaurants and shops are in walking distance. We rented bikes for the kids and they enjoyed riding around the island and getting ice cream every evening. We had a magical time. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great weekend away. Perfect girls trip.

We had the best time at the house and beach. We were almost walking distance to everything. The house slept our group of 10 perfect with so much more room for more. Highly recommend!! The roof top deck was perfect.

Wonderful vacation on Tybee

Property was perfect for our family of 7, including grandparents and teens. Close to the beach and lovely lounging areas. Seating for meals and games was perfect. Loved the view! Only wish was the inclusion of beach chairs and towels as we traveled from out of state.

Friends Trip

Super convenient to the main downtown area of Tybee and a short walk to the beach. The property was very clean and was provided everything we needed. Only complaint would be to make more bath towels available.

This was a perfect rental for myself and the family. What a nice getaway for Thanksgiving! We will definitely use this company again and hopefully have the opportunity to rent this house again!

Great location, beautiful house

House was lovely and it's location on Tybee was delightful. We had bad storms several of the days we were there,but the size and layout of this house allowed us to enjoy even those times.

Very nice place. Loved the rooftop sun deck Short walk to beach and good restaurants. The local grocery store sold Johnsonville brats(we brought our own not knowing). Must be plenty of wisconsinites visiting the island. Still a byo Spotted Cow beer tho. Thanks for having us

Great time!

This house was big enough for all of us! Loved the screen porch along with the views from the rooftop. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes in any direction. Would stay here again.

Nice house in a great location

Pretty good house. A couple of maintenance issues, and the lighting could be better in the living room. The location, a block from two different entrances to the beach, and three blocks to "town", was great.

Update. The furniture could use some updates. The sofa in the main living area 2nd floor was dirty

The beds were comfortable, plenty of space and good location. But sofa on 2nd floor and chairs on enclosed porch were dirty, should really be replaced. Overall enjoyable visit.

Beautiful home

Love the location. Beautiful home. Perfect layout with two areas to hang out. Clean! Will rent again. Could use a few more updated amenities. But it is a 5star!

No reservation update

This is not the rental we stayed in. We originally booked this house and then made a switch. Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals handled everything beautifully but VRBO never updated the app with our new property. It was inconvenient but ultimately we had our rental and everything was fine.

Outstanding! Above expectations!

The pictures of this property don't do it justice. First, it is huge! There is so much space you can go with a huge group, and honestly never run into each other. The patios (Yes, multiple) are great! The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset. Very short walk to the beach. you could easily pull a cart or something with all your gear. The beds, linens, towels, etc are all in great shape and are really comfortable. AC works GREAT! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'd need. Pretty much, if you're thinking of renting this place, definitely do it. It's an amazing property.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This house was nothing short of amazing! There was plenty, PLENTY of room for my large family and the kids even had their own area as well. The sunset on the crows nest each night was breathtaking. My only complaint is the gas stove. There are 4 burners and only one would stay lit. Also the living room tv kept going blank. May have been a hdmi or cable problem. Other than that our trip was amazing. The whole family was sad to leave! Will definitely be back next year!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our large group of 10. Comfy beds, plenty of space to spread out, and a terrific location. Unfortunately the weather during our stay was horrible (windy, cold and rainy with some minor flooding) so we weren't able to enjoy all that the house and Tybee offer, but we would definitely love to return. All in all, this is a fantastic property! A few suggestions to make it even better: Fitted sheets weren't big/deep enough to stay on the king bed mattresses and one sheet was actually ripped. Time to invest in new. A house this large needs more than a handful of drinking glasses. We arrived to find no trash bags which meant a trip back to the store in the awful weather. Three dishwasher pods were not enough. With a large group, the dishwasher was filled and ready to be run after each meal. Certainly not the end of the world, but would be a nice touch to have enough basic supplies for length of stay. Lightbulb in overhead kitchen light needs to be replaced. Bottom line: the house really is lovely and we can't wait to stay again!

Overall Good

Overall we had a great time staying here! Very beautiful house. The screen porch and rooftop porch were fantastic to have. We loved the location. Plenty of space. There were a few differences from the pictures and reality though. The 3rd floor (if you count the garage area as 1st floor) side room was renovated to include an additional bedroom (with a bunk bed) and sitting area. The extra bedroom was nice to have, but we would have preferred to have the ping pong table there instead of being moved to the garage. It was actually a major selling point to picking this house. We didn't end up using the table at all because everyone would rather be in the house than the garage. Also in that area - we could NOT figure out the lights. I looked and looked and there was no switches to be found. We did not use the sitting area at all as a result making it a wasted space. While on the subject of lights - the master bathroom had a similar problem. The bathroom itself was beautiful and a lot of the girls used it for getting ready. Would have loved to use the jacuzzi tub if I had the time. But we could NOT find a way to turn on the lights above the sink. I checked every switch in the bathroom and bedroom and they all had a purpose and none of them turned on those lights. The other main issue we had was regarding the kitchen sink leaking. The property management company was fairly quick to respond to us about it, but it was not able to be fixed before we left. It made using the kitchen fully a bit difficult. All of this being said - I would consider staying here again if traveling to Tybee in a large group again.

Best House & Location Ever!

Our family so enjoyed this house! So beautiful!! The house was located close to the beach, plenty of space, and also the night life at Tybee Island. Everyone was so accommodating & we want to thank you for that! We are for sure returning to this house! Great memories!!

Perfect girls getaway

Where to begin! The screened in porch was a hit for morning coffee. The rooftop deck had amazing ocean views. Plenty of bathrooms. Short walk to the beach. Comfy beds. Clean and comfortable. We didn't have kids with us but it was stocked with a ton of board games and books for kids.
