Spa was not working at first. Great communication. The bathub design is a complete failure. Flooded after one shower. Prepare to wipe the floor. Shower window useless. Weird smell when AC is not working. Had a lot of construction noise. Otherwise great place tonbe nice location, a lil pricey.

Beautifully designed and furnished in a new building, but the rear facing unit has no natural light as it’s built in front of a cement wall so the few windows open to a small gap and look directly at stone. This was not disclosed in the listing. Apartment also had a strong odor that could be a cleaning product or something wrotten but it didn’t dissipate for two days…
