We are a Christian family, and it is our joy to serve the Lord by welcoming guests into the beauty of His creation — the sea, the sand, the stillness.

When I was growing up in Cancún, the ocean was never far. But there was one stretch that always caught my heart — quiet, wide, and open. No hotel towers, no crowds. Just the sound of the waves, a golf cart humming in the distance, and the golden light of sunrise pouring over the palms.

Years later, when God gave us the chance to open a home to others, we chose this place. Not because it was the busiest — but because it wasn’t.
We wanted to build something that felt like rest. Like renewal.
A space where you could breathe again.

And so, Casa Pelícano was born.

We chose this neighborhood because it represents everything we love about Cancún — peace, nature, and authenticity.

Yet you're still close to everything: the airport is just 15 minutes away, there are golf courses nearby, and it’s easy to reach restaurants and local spots without the noise of the tourist crowds.

We didn’t want to build something in the middle of the noise.
We wanted to offer something just outside of it—a place that feels like home by the sea.

That’s why we chose this spot.
