-Capacity for 20 people accommodated in beds and a baby, divided in 6 large rooms (three with air and three with fans) and four bathrooms.
-Local safe, all walled, with neighbors and trade around.
-It has 2 kitchens, 1 internal and 1 external, 3 refrigerators, freezer, stove, 2 cable TV and Wi-Fi throughout.
- The property has lake with fish for sport fishing, playground, swimming pool, steam room, shower, barbecue, oven and wood stove, game room with foosball, pool table and table tennis.

O imóvel é um espetáculo, a descrição condiz exatamente com o que é mostrado, próximo a Basílica de fácil acesso. Um ambiente bem propício para grupos e família. A proprietária é muito acolhedora e nos encantou com seu sorriso. Nós Pastoral Familiar de Campos do Jordão indicamos para quem estiver procurando um lugar tranquilo e confortável, a casa tem repelente espalhado por ela toda e ainda o carinho de um chocolate... Agradecemos e indicamos para todos. Excelente o imóvel.
