This property was absolutely perfect! The first level was stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, paddle balls, and a convenient outdoor shower. Best of all, it offers direct access to the beach.Waking up each morning to the breathtaking ocean views was an incredible way to start the day. The location was also ideal, with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within easy walking distance.Our family had an amazing vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This property worked out so well for my family. The 3rd story, and even 2nd for that matter, views of the beach and ocean were unbeatable. We looked at all the other beach houses to the north and south and thought to ourselves, we win hands down. The ground floor garage that opens up to the beach side of the house was extremely useful, especially when kids are all sandy. Outdoor shower, eat in the shade, bathroom, then boom, right back to the beach and the whole upstairs doesn’t get tracked with sand just to eat lunch. Great set up down there. Loved every minute staying in that house.

property was just as advertised. Beautiful oceanfront home very well designed and high-quality beautiful kitchen all amenities and appliances down to very high-quality silverware and knives. The house is also stocked with paper towels and toilet paper, which was nice small things like that make the stay so much better. Everything worked perfectly too, which is real important. Both bay systems were very cold. It was 100. Definitely Rent again.

Great property and responsive hosts. We had a couple things come up during our stay and the hosts were on top of it quickly. We've been coming to NSB for 20 years--hard to beat this property!

We booked the beach house for 2 main reasons. 1 we wanted beachfront and 2, we needed an elevator as one of our party was wheelchair dependent. Beachfront was accurate, and we were even just a couple houses down from the public beach access, which was necessary for the wheelchair. The host shared beach chairs and shared any necessities we requested. Dave the property manager was AWESOME. He had to come by the house one night when the elevator stopped working and took care of business. He was so helpful, and kind! The kitchen was nice, the views were amazing, and we look forward to booking in the future.

Location is great. House is located right on beach. Home was clean and all amenities were great. We loved sitting out on the 2 nd and 3 rd floor balconies. Sunrise over the ocean was fantastic. Close walk to town down the beach. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Never have I had the pleasure of staying at a Vrbo that truly felt like home! From how welcoming our host Amy was to the extraordinarily well equipped kitchen, the house was immaculate. Saying it felt like home isn’t quite accurate.. the sweeping views of the Atlantic are nothing short of breathtaking, not something you get at home :) combine this with the short walk to Flagler Avenue restaurants and you have it all.

Perfect location!

Beautiful house - great location!

We’ve stayed in dozens of houses in NSB over the past 15 years - and this house is by far the BEST one yet. Beautiful house and view with convenience to Flagler shopping and restaurants. We will be returning to this gem!

Best View in NSB on VRBO

We have stayed in just about every property in NSB on VRBO that allows pets. This was by far the best location AND the best view from the decks. We actually toured a condo at Minorca during the week.

Beautiful views and great for entertaining

Loved the upper level kitchen and views of the ocean. We often opened the patio doors to let in the fresh air and sound of the surf. The bar and kitchen are well stocked for entertaining and dining in. We really enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing vacation!

I stayed at the Boardwalk with my two teenagers over Christmas, and it was fantastic. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and had all of the amenities you could want for the beach. And the location was perfect, a short stroll to the restaurants and shops on Flagler. Highly recommend the place, and Amy-Erin was the perfect host! We will be staying again, soon!

Wonderful Beach Oasis!

This home exceeded our expectations! The owner was a joy to interact with from our first inquiry until we checked out. We've stayed in a lot of beach homes over the years, and this one is at the top of our list for cleanliness, comfort, tasteful decorations, a fully stocked kitchen and plentiful linens and the perfect location.
