This is the second time we’ve stayed here; perfect location and very well-maintained. Bedrooms are a good size and the house is very well stocked, including a high chair, baby gate, and pack-n-play. The storage shed has so many beach items (chairs, bikes, toys, boogie boards, beach cart, umbrellas/canopy) that makes the trip comfortable and fun for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a spectacular property providing you with your own private beach! Well designed interior that’s beautiful and comfortable! Extra beach toys, bikes available with the home.This is our second stay at Tatum House because it’s such a lovely property and Marla is an excellent host.

This is a gem of a place. The host is very responsive and proactive. The property is lovely, right on the beach - great place to see a nighttime rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Four bedrooms that fit seven of us easily. Good kitchen and living room area. Plenty of parking. Overall a great experience.

Family Christmas at the Beach

After a difficult year it was such a blessing to have our family together for the Christmas break and the Tatum House was the perfect place for us. The location was awesome, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were great and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed a beautiful view, just steps from the beach in the quaint and cozy Tatum House. A very relaxing stay. We walked the beach every morning, and were able to walk to the downtown and enjoy visiting some shops and restaurants.

Great Winter Getaway

Great house for a winter getaway with family. Cozy cottage right on the beach was close to town, restaurants and grocery store. Beautifully furnished with many thoughtful touches. Really hated to leave.

Perfect little beach house!

The views and access to the beach alone make this property a must stay. The inside was clean and beautifully decorated. Large parking area and many conveniences including a pack and play and high chair for baby! We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning and watching the little turtles come out from the dunes!

Wonderful place, very clean and accommodating for six adults. It was a chilly week so we couldn’t take full advantage of the beach and all the patio furniture, but the place and location couldn’t be better!

Great weekend

We had a wonderful weekend away at the house, everything was spotless and inviting. The location is just perfect, and we loved watching the sunrise from the porch every morning. We hope to go back one day soon.
