Are you looking for a Lakeview unit in one of the best lakefront townhome complexes in North Lake Tahoe? This is it. This unit was the choice of the architect back in 1973 and has been in the family since 1975. The Northshore has one of the best beaches and piers that one can find at Lake Tahoe on 26 acres of land. Renters may access the private beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a large lawn which is all just steps from the condo. The condo is also stocked with HD plasmas which includes premium movie channels, 50 top DVDs and high-speed WiFi. If you're looking for an upscale private and quiet get-a-way with your family and/or friends, this opportunity is tough to beat!

We loved staying at the condo. It is a great complex with close proximity to amenities. Our kids loved the beach and jumping off the dock. We’ve stayed at other units and this one was much quieter and had a beautiful deck we sat out at each evening for dinner.

This is a very clean home in a very nice area. The private beach access is close by and the beach / lake is absolutely beautiful. The place is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. The barbeque is clean and easy to use - we had some amazing meals. All in all this location is exceptional. Tahoe City has tons of shops too - that was a plus! Note: I told the owner about the front door - the keys barely work in either lock and it took a lot of jiggling keys around to make the door open. I hope they fix that, because it was frustrating.

Spacious Condo in Dollar Point

This condo has a great location with views of the lake. Very quiet neighborhood and wonderful amenities. Close to Tahoe City. Equipped with all the essentials for basic meals. We had a great stay there and can't wait to come back with some friends.

I live and work in the Bay Area and love spending time on the NorthShore of Lake Tahoe. When we're not using the condo, we enjoy renting it out to those who enjoy it as much as we do. We just ask that you treat it as your own.

Why they chose this property

It's one of the best values in all of Lake Tahoe for 1 or up to a group of 8.

What makes this property unique

Lake front and private beach access, with its own pier, which includes an attendant who will set up your umbrella and chairs. It also includes three tennis courts with a half court basketball with a private swimming pool and adjacent large lawn area.

Additionally, there's a bocce ball court and a horseshoe pit. Bocce balls are provided in the condo, but horseshoes are provided by the Association – Please make sure when you are done playing that you hang up the horseshoes at the location provided to avoid unsupervised children playing with the horseshoes. Sign-up sheets for tennis, bocce ball and horseshoes have been installed at the pool area. They are located on the wall of the pool equipment shed.

Please ensure you are utilizing these sign-up sheets so that you can share in the fun of these activities and enjoy our allocated time. All courts may be used for one hour from starting time provided that if people are waiting
