This lovely 61sq.m. apartment is located on the 7th floor, accessible by lift.
Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a Sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a balcony where you can fully relax.
The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements as well as a microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Kindly note that there is ongoing construction facing the canal, which can be seen from the balcony.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. The property enjoys a convenient location surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options. Just steps away, you’ll find My Square, Suyaya Restaurant & Café, and Cavo Restaurant Dubai, offering everything from casual bites to refined dining experiences.
For your daily essentials, nearby shops such as Allday Mart and View City Minimart make grocery runs quick and easy, while Desco Printing Shop ensures all your business and printing needs are covered.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
