Our home is located on a quiet street in the North East Pensacola area. The theme of our home is nautical and beach related items. We have 3 bedrooms 2 baths full kitchen with coffee pot all cooking related items side by side refrigerator. Wonderful stay! Very clean, all the amenities listed were there. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was nice as well as the neighbors. Not far from practically anything one might need. Looking forward to our next trip in the future.

So the house looked a little different than the pictures but in a good way it was more undated very cozy very welcoming my kids my husband and i and even our dog had the best time there the neighborhood was very quite and peaceful the beaches are to die for we couldn't have asked for a better trip

If you’re looking for a VRBO that’s well maintained and pleasant to stay in, don’t stay here. The back yard was fenced, but was in horrible disrepair. As we approached the front door, we saw rotting siding with some completely gone. There was a random unpainted board nailed over a spot where the siding was missing. The outside entry was dirty and the door was in terrible shape. The surface cleaning of the inside was ok but the house was in horrible need of a deep clean. Phillip did have a cleaning crew come back to take care of some of the issues. There were so many things that needed to be replaced, cleaned or repaired…blinds, air vents, back door latch, missing light fixtures, stained pillows with no pillow protectors on them, under the sink kitchen cabinet, unfinished woodwork. For the upside, kitchen appliances were nice and there were 2 sitting areas. We also appreciated the fact that Phillip allowed us to bring our cat along with our dog. The neighbors were super nice. Overall, we were really disappointed with the house.

When guests stay for 17 days and after that request 10 more days and I allow it. Then they talk about my vacation home, I think a guest would have left after the first 17 days but they did not they stayed another 10 days very strange guest. On quick note my home will never live up to your forever home. My home is a vacation home only.

Property was spotless and as advertised. Spacious back yard. I’m from Pensacola so I knew this was a great neighborhood and surrounding area and it is. Convenient to beaches, downtown, restaurants and all other areas of Pensacola. Bedrooms are nice with beds that sleep well. Furniture is comfortable.

Great property and great host

There were five of us, including a newborn, as well as pets. We traveled to Pensacola to get away from hurricane Helene. This property was perfect - comfortable, well equipped, and in a wonderful location. And Philip was an excellent host - great communication and very helpful. We'd be happy to stay here again, and highly recommend.

Florida Vacation Home

Phillip was very communicative and clear with his check in instructions. The home we stayed in was very nice and cozy— perfect for our family vacation with our 2 dogs! The home is also close to a lot of places you can go exploring and dining. Close to the dog beach and dog bay (dog parks) and close to some good restaurants! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect for Pensacon

Every year my family takes a trip to Pensacola to attend a convention known as Pensacon. In preparation for for the trip, I found this property that suited our needs. The amenities of the property or just what we needed to help us relax as we stayed in the area during the con. We hope that we can return to this property on future trips to Pensacola. Ill stay here again

It was overall a great lace the only reason i did not give the cleanliness a 5 is a found 2 open candys that were stuck to the floor the coffee maker had a k pod and coffee grounds still in it which shows that appliance probably isnt cleaned right so we just didnt bother with it and i split some water on the floor and went to clean it up and the papper towl was nasty definitely needs a better mopping but overall a great place to stay. Not complaining just being honest.

Very disappointed

The house left a lot to be desired. The carpets were stained, the furniture was worn and none of the window or door blinds worked. We have used VRBO many times and in many states and this was our first disappointment. The pictures didn't show all the furniture that was in the den or living room making it crowded. I would not recommend this property.

99% of guest have enjoyed their stay in our home, and you will be able to see this in all of our reviews except this one. This Guest was not having a good time in Florida (health problems) and decided to take it out on the house in her review. I always try to make all guest feel like they are at home. I hope all guest coming to Florida and staying in our home leave with a good experience and want to come back in the future. Thanks for considering our home. Phillip Palmer

Kitchen was fairly well stocked. There was no laundry soap and we had to call for dishwasher pods. Needs a deep cleaning. Lots of dust and things under the beds. Floors were gritty and there was sand on the couch.

This property is in a wonderful location - just minutes from shopping, restaurants, old Historic section and beaches. All of this in a great quiet neighborhood with shade trees and a great fenced yard for our pooch. Love it and will be back at our next visit…

Roomy house in excellent location

This house is very comfortable. There is a large kitchen adjoining a den with a large counter for serving food. The neighborhood is convenient to 9th Ave and Scenic Highway on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Great choice

We stayed one week. The drive every day along scenic hwy 90 is fabulous. Quiet neighborhood and fenced backyard for privacy. It had everything we needed and communication with host was great. 3 bradrooms and a patio with a table.
