• Verified service animals only (owners’ child has a severe dog allergy).

• No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

• Shoes-off policy indoors.

• IMPORTANT: Bears are active—trash must remain secured. Place Trash Bins Trash Day Only

• Fire, hot tub, and grill must be used responsibly. Fire must be fully extinguished after each use to preserve fire permit

• There is a Fully Refundable Security Deposit of $2,000 that will be pre-authorized before check in. The security deposit will be refunded back 4-5 days upon check out

Guests will enjoy complete privacy and exclusive use of the home during their stay. Our local guest services team is available by phone or message to assist with any needs provided on the check in instructions—from arranging housekeeping and maintenance to providing restaurant recommendations or activity suggestions.
