Truly stunning custom home overlooking the Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordice Center. This home boasts huge views of the ten mile range and the majestic Breckenridge golf course valley! A quick 10-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and the slopes. Just far enough to be out of the congestion of town but close enough to achieve the Breckenridge ski town feel in the majesitc lodge.

Relax in the hot tub after a full day of mountain activity or have a glass of wine and power up the grill as you sit back and enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range from the deck. Preparing meals in this well-equipped beautifully appointed kitchen is a cook's dream.

The home also features TVs in 3 bedrooms as well as two family rooms offering your group room to spread out.

The entire home was professionally furnished and it shows! Attention has been given to every detail in this grand house. If you want to get the true mountain feel with a luxurious touch this is your home. They'll be no mistaking that you are on vacation when you stay here, this is a property not to be missed.

This property is professionally managed. Our housekeepers are highly skilled for advanced cleaning and disinfection protocols. We follow local lodging association guidelines.

NO A/C - Most properties in the mountains do not have air conditioning. If it gets too warm in the property, we just open the windows to create a nice breeze and use the fans in the closets.

*Please note: 4WD is highly recommended for traveling to our home in the WINTER months. Lots of snow is great for skiing, but not easy to travel in without adequate transportation.

Exceeded expectations

The place was more beautiful than the pictures (usually it's the other way around). It was perfect for the 7 of us, could have brought more people no problem. Loved the stay!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone and we really enjoyed the hot tub every evening after a long day on the slopes. Beautiful home, with beautiful views!

Beautiful, Spacious House; Convenient Location

My wife and I enjoyed a family ski vacation with our three daughters, our two sons-in-law and our 3 month old granddaughter. The house was prefect for our needs. The description on the web-site was spot-on....a bit of a drive to the slopes, but in a nice quiet area.

Loved staying in this home!

This home was perfect for our two families with 8 people. The kids enjoyed staying in the downstairs room with their area to play pool and watch TV. We loved the kitchen, dining and living areas - plenty of room, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware, etc. The view from the deck was amazing - loved spending time out there relaxing. We would definitely consider staying in this home again!

Perfect place for a vacation! We skiied, tubed and enjoyed the amenities of the home! The shuttle was great and worked out to take us skiing. We drove other places. The home has every top notch item you want! Perfect quiet vacation with beautiful views!

Beautiful and spacious home!

This was a return summer visit for our family of 10. Management takes care of every need with the house. Home is beautiful and lots of room to spread out for a 3 generation family . House is quiet and nicely located above the golf course away from the bustling noise of downtown Breckenridge.

Top-notch & cozy

This home is very well furnished. We felt like we were living in a mountain-side castle. The furnishings (furniture, kitchen, steam shower, hot tub, heated garage, on and on) were top-notch, and it is very well taken care of. We loved the warm floors when we came in out of the cold. We would recommend this home to everyone.

Fabulous Stay!

We rented this house for my extended family during August. The property is beautiful and very clean. It has everything you could need or want. We really enjoyed the amount of space for our family of 10 and the hot tub. The host immediately addressed our concerns and asked frequently if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed. It was a great location, very quiet and beautiful. The drive to town was about 10 minutes. We would come back for sure!

Perfect Family Get Away

Our family of 4 has been visiting the Breckenridge area for over ten years on vacation. We love a home where we have spectacular views of the beautiful surrounding nature, and this home was perfect! The stunning views kept us glued to the windows. We were very comfortable in all the rooms/beds, the kitchen was very well stocked for all our home cooking and we were comfortable with all the amenities from the hot tub to pool table and laundry room. We admired the gorgeous construction and decoration of the home that gave it an appropriate mountain feel. My kids played in the snow, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk in the neighborhood. We definitely give this home 5 stars and hope to return some day! Thank you for making it such an easy, comfortable and peaceful experience!

Beautiful mountain home

Excellent place to stay for a guys ski trip if you plan on going out to dinner every night. Kitchen oven was broken, making it very difficult to cook! Refrigerator ice machine and water dispenser does not work! Skillets are as old as the home and need to be replaced! If you don’t require a working kitchen, this is the perfect place to enjoy the mountains.

16th annual family ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the worst experience we have had in our 16 years coming to Breckenridge. Although we were told the driveway would be cleared it was not for the entire week we were in residence. We only had the use of one garage. We spend much of our vacation moving vehicles up and down the difficult driveway.

Beautiful home!

Our two families of four arrived to a spectacular home with stellar views from every window. The size and layout of the home provided plenty of private space for everyone while creating a great gathering area in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. We use the fireplace often and took full advantage of the professionally stocked kitchen. We stayed at home and cooked all three nights we were there. The home was spotless and well maintained. Our house manager checked in with us every morning to see if we needed anything. We were just under 20 minuted from the ski school at Breckenridge which allowed us to enjoy the mountain without staying in the middle of the action. I would recommend this home to anyone. The only disappointment was that the two car garage had the owners car taking up one space so two of our three cars were out in the snow, but it was all quite manageable. Beautiful home in Breckenridge!
