The Moose and Squirrel Chalet es una casa estilo chalet de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en un entorno privado con vistas a Beech Mountain. ¡Hay una sauna separada, sala de juegos y bañera de hidromasaje que es todo tuyo para disfrutar!
Arriba, encontrará una cocina abierta / sala de estar con vistas desde la sala de estar, mesa de comedor de estilo granja con capacidad para 6, TV y una chimenea de piedra de gas. Hay 2 dormitorios dobles con armarios y televisores en este nivel y un baño con ducha. Una de las habitaciones se abre a un porche proyectado con asientos, mesa de fuego de gas y vista a la montaña. El área del porche también se adjunta a la cubierta con bañera de hidromasaje, sauna separada, pequeña ducha / inodoro separado (disponible en los meses más cálidos) y área de asientos independiente con vista. En la planta baja tiene otra pequeña sala de estar con TV y estufa de leña. También hay una cocina completa y zona de comedor. Hay una cama queen con armario y una ducha de piedra en este nivel también.
La casa está rodeada de cubiertas en cada nivel.
Bajando las escaleras desde la casa principal se encuentra nuestra sala de juegos con asientos en la parte superior del bar y mini refrigerador, máquinas tragamonedas, tablero de dardos, mesa de juego, estufa de leña y TV.
Encontrarás un pozo de fuego ubicado fuera de la Sala de juegos para disfrutar de los incendios de leña.
La propiedad es muy tranquila y se puede escuchar un arroyo estacional a continuación.

Perfectamente ubicado a 2. 5 millas de la encantadora ciudad de Banner Elk entre las estaciones de esquí Beech y Sugar Mountain. Blue Ridge Parkway, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Boone y las cataratas de Linville están a minutos de distancia.

This house is as advertised. It is very comfortable and charming. We enjoyed the privacy and solitude all while being convenient to the attractions in the surrounding areas. The hot tub at sunset is a must.

We loved our stay at this cozy mountain home! The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The house itself had such an interesting layout, full of charm and character. Our kids had a blast exploring all the nooks and crannies, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable after long days of adventure. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, especially in the cool mountain evenings. The owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to return an iPad we accidentally left behind. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Beautiful

The property was great! It had plenty of room with comfy beds. My son loved the game room. We enjoyed multiple nights in the hot tub and sauna. The steps kept us in shape while we were vacationing. The doggies even enjoyed the views. The property manager kept in touch several times throughout the stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great adventure!

Had a great trip with plenty to do on site and close by! Every room and place had its own touch of personal care. This was the best mountain getaway we have had! Never a dull moment and plenty to do even in a rainstorm all day lol loved the amenities and everything was as listed!

Relaxing Stay!

Very cute little cottage! Hot tub was a nice addition as well as porch fire table. Inside decor is very well done. The outside areas and furniture could use some updating for sure.

Wonderful July 4th weekend!

My husband & I along with my sister and BIL stayed for a long July 4th weekend and had a great time! The house was as presented online, and the view was awesome. We were up high enough to enjoy 76 degree weather which was a welcome change from upper 90 degree weather in SC! Ann was quick to respond to questions, and the check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. All in all a fun weekend!

Mountain getaway

What an absolutely charming home!!! With the additional hot tub and separate sauna, it feels like you're at the spa. We needed to getaway to decompress and boy, did we! The mountain views were spectacular. Owner was very communicative, and check in/out super easy! Property is private, yet only only 3 miles into downtown Banner Elk. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish we stayed longer

Really eclectic and relaxing chalet, 2 nights felt too short to really take advantage of all the amenities, both on the property and in the surrounding areas. Everything was top notch with the accommodations, just a beautiful place. I hope to return and experience some more zen.

Just what we needed!

The stay was great! Views are amazing, especially from the hot tub. We had quite a bit of snow while there which was great for snowboarding. We managed to still be able to get in and out with no problem driving an AWD vehicle. Beds were comfy and owner was great about checking in on us. Very unique property that is great for larger families or multiples families. Plenty of room to explore on this unique property.

Great place!

I really loved everything about this house, especially all the different outdoor seating areas. Beds were very comfy, well appointed furnishings. If you do not have to walk your dog, it is a fabulous place. Though you have lots of privacy, it is on a road that is not conducive to walking.

A must stay!!

I really have to say that the online pictures did not do this home justice. It was absolutely amazing, we just kept discovering new rooms and new things to see. The property was beautifully maintained and the host was very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and I recommended the property to a friend of mine as well:)

Beautiful property. Perfect for a mountain getaway.

My family of six had the pleasure of staying in this mountain home for a weekend getaway. The property was beautiful and clean. The kids especially loved the game house and lower level bedroom. We made s’mores and memories by the fire pit. The owners attention to small details in the home was wonderful. From the decor to the thoughtful things around the house it was obvious they want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this property for other travelers and definitely keep it in mind should we return to Banner Elk again.

Amazing views!

The property was just as described! Awesome views from many locations. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was a welcome respite after long days. Sitting on the screened porch was wonderful in the evenings. Ac worked well although we only needed it a short time each day. Lovely time.

This is a private setting with plenty of areas to congregate with family and friends, or just spend a romantic time together enjoying the quiet and the views from the deck or in the hot tub at sunset.
The area has so much to offer! With restaurants, wineries and breweries, waterfalls and hiking trails, antique shopping, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, fishing, art galleries, snow skiing and winter activities, local crafts and festivals within minutes.

Grandfather Mountain with its swinging bridge and breathtaking views are a must see.

Linville Falls are the most gorgeous falls in the South.

Take a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, one of the most scenic drives in America and let the mountains take your cares away.

We are located between Beech and Sugar Mountain Ski resorts with activities for kids and adults alike.

Wildcat Lake is within 5 minutes for swimming and a fishing pier, reel in that trout for dinner!

Banner Elk itself is a charming town with great food and a small town atmosphere.

Boone and Blowing Rock are close by for excellent dining and shopping experiences.

Visit orchards, alpaca farms and choose and cut your own Christmas tree!

There are gem mines in the area and Tweetsie Railroad is a popular family attraction.
