Totally Renovated, Clean Home w/ Central A/C & Patio! 5 min Bike to the Beach!

**** Please Note**** Linens, towels and beach towels are NOT included in the rental rate, but can be rented from a 3rd party. We ONLY provide pillows and blankets for each bed and dish towels.

This adorable 3 bedroom ranch with central A/C is bright, clean and updated. The location is the perfect balance between private, yet central to everything in Dennis Port. A 10 min walk in any direction brings you to ice cream, food, a market and the great shops of Dennis Port! The main bedroom has its own full bathroom and a King bed. For guests, there is a Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom in addition to the family room pull out sofa (Double) with barn doors to close it off for privacy. Laundry is available in the basement. The home has a newly expanded driveway for ample parking (6 cars) and a private yard for playing games and relaxing.

Unwind after a day at the beach by using the outdoor shower with rain shower head and changing stall. Relax on the screened-in porch or outdoor patio. There is dining for 6 on the porch and seating for 6 on the patio as well as a grill for making dinners at home. When the stars come out, start up the propane firepit for S'mores.

The shed holds 6 beach chairs, a portable beach table, beach umbrella, and beach buggy for you to use as well as beach toys, a soft cooler, boogie boards and skim boards. We also have corn hole, smash ball, croquet and paddles for playing in the yard.

This location is key as it's tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the streets leading to the beaches. The proximity to beaches gives many options. It's under a mile to smaller Sea Street Beach (14 min. walk, 5 min. bike) and it's a 7 minute drive to large West Dennis Beach. Bring your bikes and safely ride around the block or to the beach! Walk or bike to the famous Sundae School ice cream shop (6 min walk). See the list below for many dining options within walking distance making this home the perfect location!

Great place for family vacation

We have stayed at this house twice and it is a great place for a family vacation! It is in a convenient location, and the house is spacious with a nice screened-in porch. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely return again!

We enjoyed the house very much for our week in August! The home is very roomy with two living areas and two dining areas. The newly finished basement is a great place to hang out and there are beds down there too. The central AC works very well to keep the house cool. The home is in a great central location and the neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was very communicative as well, available anytime I had a question. We would definitely stay here again when visiting The Cape.

Excellent property and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house, we spent quite a bit of time there with our three little ones and it was clean and spacious! Everything we ever needed was within 3 miles which was super convenient. This was our first time to Dennis Port, but we will definitely be back!!

Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time at this house. It was super clean, freshly renovated, comfortable, and perfect for our family new year's getaway. The kitchen is well equipped which made for easy cooking. (Plus lovely hosts who made the whole thing easy and a pleasure) We look forward to staying again during the summer months!

Clean and spacious

We were very pleased with this property. The listing is accurate. Clean and spacious. Thoughtful touches such as lawn games, inside board games, TV in each bedroom are a few examples. Location is nice in quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend this property/host.

Super clean and great location

Our stay at Sarah and Brian’s house was amazing! The house was just as described and incredibly clean. The location was perfect, a quick 10-15 min walk to the closest beach. The shed is stacked with beach chairs and a ton of lawn games, which we took out to play in the backyard. Sarah was quick to respond to any inquiries or requests, and was clearly looking to make our stay the best it could be!

Cape Cod Perfection!

This property was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect and so was the house. The house was clean, well appointed; cozy yet a touch of sophistication. We loved the decor, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family never to feel crowded. The yard was immaculate and the outdoor shower was amazing!. We highly recommend this rental and we will be returning!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway!

This house was the perfect location for my family as we stayed here for a weekend getaway. The first thing we noticed was how clean the entire house was and how they had everything we needed available. The house has plenty of space and the back porch is perfect to enjoy morning coffee! The location is perfect as it's so close to downtown Dennis, Harwich and only 20 minutes from Chatham. Brian and Sarah were both very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A great week at the beach house

We had a great week! From the moment we saw the house, everything was just as advertised... even better! Very clean, great location, space for everyone to enjoy and relax. Easy check in and out..Great communication and we loved every minute! We enjoyed the beach, riding bikes, relaxing on the patio after dinner and playing in the yard. And of course everyone loved the outdoor shower! We can’t wait to go back! Thanks Brian and Sarah!

Perfect Getaway

This property worked very well for a long weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked of utensils and other items like pots and pans. We liked the flow from the kitchen through dining room into the great room. It was comfortable and enough space to spread out. The location was excellent. We felt were were close to anything needed such as restaurants, beach, and biking. Yet the house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts do a fabulous job of providing info on the area with regard to food and activities - all very informative and thorough. We appreciated this as it was our first time to the area.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

June Winds was exactly what the doctor ordered for our vacation this past July!!! The location was perfectly situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The outdoor shower was refreshing after a long day at Mayflower Beach! Dennis Port is such a great home base to travel all over the cape. We made so many great memories, and are seriously considering a two week vacation next year! Thank you Brian and Sarah for opening up your beautiful home to us!! We wanted for nothing while we were there. Thank you!!! (PS.. I cried for two days because I miss it so much!!)

Excellent Home to rent!!

Everything was in perfect condition. Lovely furnishings, beautiful decor. Like new! Very clean!! Loved all the little touches such as cute shower curtains and hooks, salt and pepper shakers, pictures, pillows, kitchen things, comfortable beds as well as couches, etc. Loved the dining room with that great table, then the kitchen with it’s nice table and yet another nice, large table in the screened porch. The outdoor patio and furniture is comfortable and inviting, along with a grill, umbrella and even games.. With the three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus the wonderful outdoor shower, could easily have two couples and even a kid or two. Walking distance to several fun places. Looking forward to returning next year, hopefully!

Outstanding Experience

This was an excellent stay! The owners were very easy to contact and friendly. We loved that thwy had lawn games in the shed for the evenings when we weren't at the beach. We loved that they supplied beach chairs, umbrella, toys, SO MUCH! They even had food storage containers. This house makes us understand why people have beach houses.

We currently live in Western, MA in a small town and we love it that way. We have 2 kids ages 12 and 15 and a mini golden doodle named Boomer who keeps us entertained.

We have been travelling to the Cape with our family for 12 years! We have loved every trip and dreamed of the day when we could own a cottage and share our love of the Cape with others. Having rented for so many years, we know what it takes to make guests feel welcome and have the ability to relax and be on vacation.

After searching for a cottage for years, we fell in love with this location and style of home! In our full-time home, we have the ability to walk and ride bikes to all the local shops and restaurants and we wanted that for our cottage as well. This home is already beautifully renovated and we can't wait to continue to improve it over time and put our stamp on it. We have some wonderful upgrades planned!
