Set on 31 private acres with over half a mile of Yaak River frontage, the land unfolds around you—towering pines, open skies, and the gentle rhythm of water moving just beyond the trees. Step outside with your morning coffee and wander to the river’s edge, where trout rise in clear, cold currents and time seems to stretch.

Days here take on their own pace. Follow winding trails through the property, listen for wildlife in the distance, or simply settle into the calm that only true seclusion brings. Wildlife sightings are common, offering wonderful opportunities for nature lovers and photographers alike. Please note that hunting is not permitted anywhere on the property.

For anglers, the Yaak River offers excellent fishing right from the property. Guests are welcome to fish from the riverbank; however, Montana law requires all anglers to obtain a valid Montana fishing license before fishing.

In winter, the landscape transforms into a quiet, snow-covered world perfect for exploring or staying in by the fire.
