En el tranquilo extremo este de la playa, cerca de St. Andrews State Park y Shell Island, donde abundan la vida silvestre y las dunas naturales. En una calle tranquila en un barrio tranquilo. Cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad de Panamá y St. Andrews Marina. Cerca de Lower Grand Lagoon, Capt Anderson Restaurant & Marina y muchos otros restaurantes maravillosos.

Great vacation for a family of 10

We enjoyed our stay! The host was fantastic. The house is well cared for and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with good cooking items. The pool was great. The beach is right across the street. You can see the waves from both balconies. We had a great time!

Beautiful home and great location!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! The beach access is right across the road! We had plenty of room for all of us and the views from the top deck are great. We were there during the 4th of July and we had the perfect view of the fireworks from the top deck! Ken and Kat are super nice and were very attentive to us during our stay! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time here. The property easily acommodated 12 people. Brand new, clean, and comfortable. Just a few seconds to the beach. I highly recommend this place. The owners answered questions right away and were very welcoming.

Perfect Beach House

The house was perfect. Very easy beach access directly across the street. The house was very clean and the layout was perfect for our family!! Bonus feature in my opinion was the walk in panty!!! This was the first beach house we have rented to have that and it was so nice to be able to put all the food/snacks away!!!!!

Perfect for family.

We felt like we were right on the beach even though it was across the street. The homeowners reached out to us several times to make sure everything was ok. Tastefully decorated with multiple areas for family members to escape for their own time. A few more towels would have been nice.

We had 9 people on vacation with us. Without a doubt Sundancer is one of the best spots we’ve ever stayed in PCB. Plenty of room for everyone! Views are breathtaking. Walk to the beach is faster and quicker than any condo. Owners were very helpful and easy to contact! Thank you for a fabulous trip!

Perfect in Every Way

The entire experience of this home was incredible. From the responsiveness of the owners to the great location and beautiful setup, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to have a home away from home. The location is steps away from the beach and the top deck gave a great view of the land. It’s centrally located for excellent food, shopping, and entertainment. Highly recommend this property! Can’t wsit to stay again :)

Nice location and lots of room. Cleaners need to dust occasionally as my kids have allergies and lots of dust on everything. Bunk beds might need new mattresses especially trundle bed. Third floor pullout couch bed had not been cleaned in awhile. Loved the location and the other parts of the property. Area was nice quiet and family oriented. Short walk to Schooners which is a must!

Wonderful beach house and the perfect location!

This place looked gorgeous online but it was even better in person. This property is just phenomenal! Just steps to the sand! Beautiful house well equipped to meet your needs. Well laid out for large families or groups of friends .. everyone has their own space. The owners have thought of everything! The private pool is also a great perk. The owners are genuinely such good people to rent from – very accommodating and quick to respond! I wish we could give more than 5 stars. We will be back!!!

Perfect Family Spot

House was perfect for our extended family annual beach vacation. Plenty of space for sleeping and meals. Roku in all TVs. The house and pool were clean and well maintained, and the kitchen had plenty of your basics to make meals. The house is located directly across from a beach access which was perfect with little kids. This area of the beach is perfect because it is not overcrowded like the condo areas. Just a quick walk down to Schooners. Communication with the owners and check in and out were such a smooth process. Overall, no negatives for me and we will try and book this place again when we visit next year. Thank you!

An absolutely beautiful week at the beach in an absolutely beautiful home.

Kat was nothing short of a fantastic host. From the start when we asked for a special accommodation to the very end of making sure we had a great week, she was wonderful to work with. The home is very well taken care of and was perfectly clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that is needed to cook meals at home and the gas grill in back was nice to have as well. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The 3rd floor loft area was perfect for the kids to have their own space. The pool was great to have as well for the 1 day that the gulf was just too rough to swim in. The home itself is in a perfect location. Right across from a beach access and literally 100 steps from the front door to the sand. The views from the home of the beach were amazing and unobstructed. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this home. If you have the chance to stay here, do it. Our family will be staying here again!

The location & layout of the home make it an ideal place for families and friends to be together or space to be alone. We love being able to walk to great restaurants, walk 100 steps to the beach & get anywhere in PCB or Historic Panama City in just a few minutes. Near St.Andrews State Park, the Grand Lagoon Marina, Shell Island, you can do as much or as little as you want. Even though the house is in the quiet east end of the beach, there are many activities & shopping close by, within a short driving distance. Or, hang out on the beach or by the private fenced-in pool at home. Great place to make wonderful memories! We look forward to having y'all return again in the future! Location, Location, Location!

Obviously, this is a good location, right? LOL! Seriously though this house is on the corner and right across from the beach access. Lot across the street is empty so the beach view is still amazing! We had two families with 5 kids (ages 5 - 11) and everyone was very comfortable. The kids loved sleeping in different spots on different floors every night. The street to cross is not busy at all, because there is basically no public parking around the houses down there. That being said, when we got to the beach, no matter the time of day, we were never crowded and we were able to get a spot right there by our beach access. May as well have been private beach access. The pool was great for after a short beach trip or occupying the kids while we made dinner. Short drive to many amenities. Do yourself a favor if you have kids and go rent a double decker pontoon with slides in the lagoon (about a 5 minute drive). Favorite part of the trip for all the kids! (and adults) We would definitely come back to this property. Panama City has a fun night life, we have never visited before and easily found many bars/restaurants to go get some apps. and have drinks on date night(s). Kat is great, super accessible and responsive, not much more to say, she takes care of business quick!

This beautiful property is a great vacation stay for family with easy access to pool and beach.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed its vacation stay at Sundancer Beach Villa. The space is beautiful with lots of room to accommodate our family of ten with four children ages 1 to 6. The bedrooms with baths are large and comfortable. The bunk beds with trundle are so handy for the kids. We really enjoyed the bonus 3rd-floor bunk/family room. The villa affords ample space under one roof for multiple families to spend time together yet have adequate space for naps and down time. The location is IDEAL! It offers so much outdoor living enjoyment. The house is literally steps away from the beach. So easy to walk to and from with the kids. Plus, having the excellent private pool in the back with lounge chairs and grill is super! A big crowd pleaser is the 3rd-floor screen porch and deck with captain chairs. The porch makes even stormy weather a pleasure! We couldn't have been more pleased. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen supplies and equipment very accommodating. The large dining table and island seating enabled us to enjoy meals together easily. We did bring a booster seat for the youngest one. Staying with small children, we appreciated the child-safety features with cabinet locks, outlet covers, and special door locks for the pool and upper decks. Kat and Ken are wonderful people to work with. Their mission is to provide a beautiful space for families and friends to gather and enjoy with relaxation and recreation at the beach. Our family had a great week together and made lasting memories. We would definitely stay again!

Beach Vacation

The beach house was exactly what we were looking for. Very comfortable and great access to the beach. The overall house was clean but areas under furniture and beds was dirty with trash and debris. The master balcony had a few roaches as well as inside the grill by the pool. Despite this I would stay at this house again for the next beach vacation.

The pictures of this place do not do it justice. The house is in great condition, clean, extremely well maintained and you couldn't be any closer to the beach. You can be from the front door to toes in the sand in literally 60 seconds if you're walking and 30 seconds if you run. To make it even better, the owners Ken & Kat are extremely responsive and helped us to make this family vacation one to remember.

Great Location.

Wonderful stay, even with Act of Nature problems

After a rocky start caused by a lightening strike sometime before we arrived, the hosts saw to it that we got hot water and electricity in the entire house on our second day. The location and house were wonderful. Pool was a big bonus on days the wind at beach was very strong and kids enjoyed it every day when returning from beach. Location is on quiet end of Panama City Beach, so it is great for families. Most fun the kids have ever had at a beach.

Great location!

House size and location were great! The pool was much larger than the pictures give it justice. Ken was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Only real issue we ran into was the leaking roof which caused the master bedroom to have a musky smell. Ken did give us a heads up a few days before our arrival. We decided to keep the reservations as there wasn't enough time to find another location. My wife and I decided to stay in another room instead which was fine. Between the rooftop views, pool area, huge kitchen, and proximity to the beach, there was plenty of other things that made the house a fun place to be.

At Sundancer Beach Villa we strive for excellence and want our guests to feel like it is their home away from home. Hurricane Ida came through and caused a roof leak which is being repaired. Sundancer offers beautiful decor, comfort, a fully stocked kitchen, a pool, great views and a wonderful location on the more quiet east end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park. Great for families! Less than a minute walk to the beach, walking distance to Schooners and close to many great restaurants & shops. Much less traffic than the west end. Many of our guests return every year. Visit Sundancer Beach Villa and see for yourself why it's earned 5-Star ratings!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and we can't wait to come back again! Clean with great location and great layout--plenty of room for our group. Plus Ken and Kat are so great to work with!

Great View

The view and closeness to the beach was amazing! We were even in walking distance to Schooners one of our favorite dinner spots. The pool was awesome and very clean as well. We have come to PCB every summer for years and this by far was one of the best places we have stayed!

Sundancer Beach Villa provides lots of space for families & freinds to have fun at the beach. Less than one minute to the sand. There is also a private lounge pool for relaxing away from the beach. The home is well appointed but the location is the best! Just down the street from beautiful & natural St. Andrews State Park & the Grand Lagoon and many restaurants & activities. But not overcrowded with condos & traffic. Panama City Beach has been a favorite vacation spot in our family for at least 3 generations. The beauty of the area and the hospitality of the people who live there make Panama City Beach/ Historic Panama City a favorite with vacationers. Many choose to return year after year. Then return for retirement. Plan a visit and come see for yourself!

Beautiful gulf views from 3 floors! The beach is about 30 seconds walk from the house! Quiet neighborhood. Roomy, 4 bedroom house, not a condo with elevators to wait on. Unload right at the door, not a long walk from a parking lot. Private lounge pool to relax in. Beaches are not overcrowded from condominium visitors. Gorgeous Gulf is right there!!
