With 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, private bathrooms, and a PRIVATE backyard pool, you will enjoy your stay even when not on the beach. Sundancer Beach Villa is decorated to be comfortable and unique…truly a home away from home!

1st floor KING bed
2nd floor MASTER with KING bed and private ocean-side balcony
2nd floor bedroom with 1 QUEEN bed and 1 BUNK bed
3rd floor living space with 1 BUNK bed, 1 TWIN trundle bed, and 1 QUEEN sleeper sofa; loft comfortably sleeps 5

The large observation deck off the 3rd floor provides gorgeous views of the emerald waters of the Gulf and the amazing sunsets that Panama City Beach is known for.

In the kitchen, the dining table seats 8, breakfast bar seats 4, and a kids table seats 2.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions are located in the laundry room & guest info book.
Please strip the beds, but leave the sheets on the bed they belong to.
Report any damage before you leave the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A 3% fee will be deducted from damage deposit for credit card fees. Any international credit card fees, if applicable, will also be deducted.
No parties or events to be held in house or on property. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Traveler responsible to notify Host immediately of any damages. Failure to notify within 24 hours of departure results in a $250 maintenance fee.

Sundancer Beach Villa provides lots of space for families & freinds to have fun at the beach. Less than one minute to the sand. There is also a private lounge pool for relaxing away from the beach. The home is well appointed but the location is the best! Just down the street from beautiful & natural St. Andrews State Park & the Grand Lagoon and many restaurants & activities. But not overcrowded with condos & traffic. Panama City Beach has been a favorite vacation spot in our family for at least 3 generations. The beauty of the area and the hospitality of the people who live there make Panama City Beach/ Historic Panama City a favorite with vacationers. Many choose to return year after year. Then return for retirement. Plan a visit and come see for yourself!

Unload right at the door, not a long walk from a parking lot. Private lounge pool to relax in. Beaches are not overcrowded from condominium visitors. Gorgeous Gulf is right there!!
