NEW Mountain Modern Cabin (Unit 6)
Welcome to your dream vacation! Our cabins offer a retreat nestled in the woods of Island Park. Just 30 minutes away from the iconic Yellowstone National Park entrance, 10 minutes from the Island Park Reservoir and 2 minutes from the calm river. Summer brings hiking, fishing, kayaking and boating. When the snow falls, bring your snowmobiles, snow shoes, & sleds for a dreamy winter adventure!
Whenever you choose to come, you will have ample opportunities for outdoor adventure and relaxation!
Upon entering Unit 6, guests are greeted by a spacious layout designed for both communal gatherings and individual relaxation. On the main level, a cozy living room awaits, complete with a TV and fireplace, providing the ideal setting for cozy evenings spent together. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and creating lasting memories. Two well-appointed bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms offer convenience and comfort for guests.
The water from time to time has a sulfur scent which is very normal for the area. We have filters on the water system but sometimes the smell still sneaks through. It is completely safe!
Keep in mind this property is part of a duplex so there may be other guests around the property but you have your entire unit to yourself.

The homes are pleasantly spread out, allowing for a sense of seclusion while maintaining a neighborly atmosphere. Abundant foliage surrounds the area, creating a comforting and inviting ambiance. Situated just a few minutes from the town of Island Park, you`ll be minutes from the river which is absolutely stunning. It`s perfect for kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. It`s also perfect for hiking alongside. You`ll be two minutes from restaurants, gas stations, and rental companies. There are lots of trails for hiking, biking, motorcycles, and razors.
These are located right off a paved road. You`ll drive on dirt for a short time before entering the dirt driveway. Two wheel drive vehicles work great spring-fall. 4WD is recommended In the winter. There is plenty of parking so feel free to bring cars, razors, trailers with snowmobiles, etc. Razors are the perfect way to get around in the summertime and snowmobiles are perfect in the winter.
There are rental companies that offer razors, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, fishing gear, bikes, etc., all within a few minutes of the units.

1. Parking: Park directly in front of your unit. Please do not block parking for guests in Unit 5.
2. Smoking: Smoking of any kind at any location on this property is strictly prohibited.
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please refrain from any noise or activity that might be disruptive to the neighbors and other guests on the property.
4. Parties and Guests: No parties anywhere on this property (inside or out). Visitors are allowed only with approval from hosts.
5. Eating Areas: Food/drink is allowed only in the kitchen and living room. The coffee table has a fold out tray you can eat off of. Feel free to bring popcorn and snacks into the TV areas. If there are any spills, please make sure to clean immediately.
6. Shoes: Please take your shoes off upon entering the home.
7. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified to you. If your pet sheds, PLEASE be mindful of this and clean up after your pet. There is plenty of area for your pet to run around outside to go potty but please clean up after your pet. Please do not allow them on ANY of the furniture. I have a little dog and understand how special they are but please be respectful of our rules as well as other guests.
8. Damages: If any fixture, appliance, furniture, or part of the property becomes damaged or lost during your stay, please let the hosts know immediately - regardless of who may be at fault. If the cost of the damage or loss exceeds $150, it will be directly billed to the guests and reported to Airbnb.
