It is very well laid out which combines living room, bedroom and kitchen into a single space, fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities:

-The "living area" with a contemporary modern 3-seater sofa, big flat screen TV (with international and local TV channels) and coordinated dining table with chairs.

-The "sleeping area" with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, dresser with mirror.

- The fully equipped kitchen has a modern electric cooktop, cooker hood, microwave, and when you need prepare a extra crisping grilled food you can use the full grill setting element (it is *just a grill*, it is not conventional oven), fridge, kettle.

- Bathroom is a single room equipped with power shower, vanity mirror, cabinets and towels.

The studio apartment has a large terrace with double sliding glass doors and with glass railing, little table and two chairs, that offers the idyllic seaviews across the unique beach of the Palm.

Bed linen, pillows, towels, blow dryer, iron and iron board, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans are provided.

Free Permit for easy parking just in front of the building.

On the ground level of the building you can find fashionable restaurants, pizzeria and a grocery shop in which you can get fresh breakfast. Just in 2 minutes walking (across the pedestrian tunnel connecting Palm Views West to Palm Views East) you can find more restaurants & bars as well as Asther pharmacy and a laundry shop, there is also another pharmacy located in Al Ittihad Park, (about 5 minutes walking distance).
Palm Views residents and guests can enjoy free access to Al Ittihad Park with palm-lined promenade and the Galleria Mall (full of shops, cafes and restaurants) in Golden Mile area (about 5 minutes walking distance) as well as access to a stylish clubhouses in all shoreline right side of the Palm trunk. Also 5 minutes walking to the famous 5 stars Dukes Hotel Palm Jumeirah and West 14th Restaurant.
Al Das Medical Center is located nearby 10 minutes walking distance.
The surrounding area is home to a wealth of activities and sites including Bus tours (the stop is just in front of the building!) boat trips, water sports, paddling, etc.

Transport is fast & frequent; the characteristic Al Hatta Monorail Station (about 5 minutes walking) connects to the Metro and Tram network.
The apartment is about 10-15 minutes drive away from Mall of the Emirates and Marina Mall (Dubai Marina), Burj al Arab (about 15 minutes); Dubai Marina, Knowledge village, Dubai Media City, Internet City are neighborhoods and are just a short drive away.

The building is also easily accessible from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), which are both just 25-30 minutes drive away.
