Pool was not crystal clear like you see at hotels. Power went out and the in room generator didn't work (one of the reasons i picked this site, i know about P.R. losing power). Host was not very sympathetic, saying hers was out too, blaming the city, etc. No compensation was offered for being without power for almost 8 hours (3 of them in the dark). I asked if she had flashlights available, no. Her son brought over a portable lantern. The apt itself was very nice, clean and had everything i needed. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy. View was nice but no access to the lagoon. I guess the pictures deceived me.

During this guest’s stay, a transformer explosion caused a temporary, area-wide power outage affecting the entire Condado neighborhood, including nearby hotels and residences . This was a public utility issue beyond any individual property’s control. Our apartment is equipped with an EcoFlow battery backup system as an added amenity. The sudden electrical surge triggered its automatic safety shutdown — a built-in protection feature designed to prevent damage. Power was restored later that evening. We remained responsive, transparent, and available throughout. We take pride in maintaining a well-equipped, professionally managed property and in providing clear communication to our guests. We appreciate future guests understanding that city-wide utility interruptions, while inconvenient, are outside the control of any host. We respectfully note that our property is a privately owned, fully equipped luxury apartment — not a hotel Londres in the very same prime area as Condado’s main luxury hotels. We offer a high-end residential experience in Condado at a fraction of the cost of a five-star hotel We ensure that the images precisely reflect what each guest will find upon arrival, including the layout, furnishings, and common areas, to guarantee full transparency in the booking experience.

The apartment was fantastic! Super comfortable with modern appliances and everything I needed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Condado with a gorgeous view of the water. Truly the best spot in town with everything at your fingertips. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to PR :)
