Clean, modern, and convenient. Easy to get the boat in and out. Perfect place to stay if you are fishing the lower end of Dale Hollow. We will definitely be back!

The host was amazing. The house was very clean, simple directions before departing. I cant speak for every time its rented but there was a personal note with some welcoming snacks. Food and drinks in the fridge. The host also makes/sales custom mattresses. And ill say first hand both mattresses were different but i slept so good on both. And will be renting again and purchasing a mattress soon. Loved the hospitality, simplicity and the location.

The house was perfect for a place to hangout after a day of fishing, very nice inside and out, doesn’t have a grill outside so if you want to grill out and hangout outside bring a portable one! Other than that it was perfect. Nice country road and view.

The house is one of a few houses on the street which are far enough you cant see them from the property. It is incredibly quiet and feels very secluded. It's a great space for a quiet getaway.
