The only suggestion I have is that the property described that stairs were required to access the property. However, it should be noted that to get to the only unlocked bathroom in the property it required navigating steep narrow stairs to the second floor.

My wife and I were traveling with our dogs and wanting to stay in a house, this is not a standalone home it is a townhome with an attached apartment in the back of the unit. This was not in the listing and if so we would have chosen a different property for the privacy we were looking for.

We want to ensure all travelers have complete clarity when booking, so our listing explicitly notes that the property includes a completely separate mother-in-law apartment with its own entrance. The two units are entirely independent and do not share any interior or common spaces except for the driveway. We appreciate your feedback as we always strive to maintain an accurate listing description and a comfortable, private experience for our guests.

The property was pet-friendly, and the parking felt safe. The Host was extremely responsive. For those with mobility issues, please note that the only bathroom is on the second floor. It is a steep full set of stairs to reach it.

The house met all my needs for my extended stay in Denver and the location made it easy to access food, retail, parks, recreation, and public transportation to get to Downtown.

Perfect location close to our son at DU!! Great location for nearby cafes and restaurants on Pearl St., and a comfortable home that is very well appointed! Hope to stay there again! Total thumbs up!!

Beautiful property; great neighborhood!

The property was really beautiful. We really enjoyed the location and how close it was to different restaurants. We were able to take a few walks around the neighborhood area.

Great place😃

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location, cute and nicely kept home. Chris was easy to get a hold of and always responded immediately. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Denver !!
