Fabulous 2 bedroom condo located on the second floor of a 2 floor gated complex overlooking beautiful Imperial Beach and the Pacific Ocean with no shared walls, a large balcony and private parking.
The condo is located directly on beautiful Imperial Beach and you have in excess of 30 feet of unobstructed ocean views, spanning 180 degrees which includes dolphins coasting by, the San Diego City Skyline, Coronado Bay Bridge, Point Loma/Cabrillo State Park, Imperial Beach Pier and Mexico's Coronado Islands to the south. Includes kitchen with Granite Countertop, Stainless Steel appliances, built-in Microwave. Also included is free WIFI and Dish Network, Flatscreen TV, bathroom with a shower and tub, 2 large bedrooms, and a sunroom, living room and balcony that all overlook the beach and ocean.
Rear views from the condo include the sunrise, the hills of Mexico and the beautiful Tijuana Estuary National Wildlife Refuge which is part of the Pacific Flyway for over 300 species of migrating birds.
Condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach chairs.
Within walking distance are many restaurants, bike trails, the Tijuana Estuary National Wildlife Refuge and much more. A quick few miles away and you are in the City of Coronado, home of the world famous and historic Hotel Del Coronado which on a clear day can be seen from your condo.
In a short time you can visit "America's Finest City", San Diego offering our Padres home Petco Park, Multi-plex Cinema, Live Theater, USS Midway Museum, SeaPort Village, the Rady Shell, the GasLamp District, Sea World, the world famous SD Zoo, Balboa Park with a variety of Museums and much more.

Imperial Beach on the Ocean

The best part of this property is hearing and watching the waves right outside the windows. It’s dreamy, and we miss it already. Ron and Cheryl were very responsive to any questions we had and great hosts overall. Both my sister and I work remotely and the internet worked great for us throughout our stay. The house is older, so it has a few eccentricities, but overall our stay was really lovely.

I had a wonderful stay. Was there for the Month of July. Great location all neighbors are really friendly . The house was well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Great communication with Ron and Cheryl. Beds very comfortable. I will be returning next year.

We're happy to be the first to do a review... The condo is cozy, comfortable and beautiful. All the convenience of home, and every window has an outstanding view. This place is directly on the beach with a huge private balcony and the children loved watching the dolphins, seals and birds go by. So peaceful to wake-up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. Quaint little town with everything in walking distance (i.e.estuary, restaurants, fishing pier, Fridays Framers market...). Great family vacation and affordable. Proximity to Zoo, Sea World and San Diego city was a bonus. Can't wait to go back!

All about the ocean

The ocean waves were so entertaining and mesmerizing. The condo well stocked for monthly stay and spacious. Family and friends visited and were in awe of the views. Living room mostly separate so never feels cramped. The sunroom off the kitchen makes it feel like there’s 2 living rooms. Having a designated parking space is gold. The washer/dryer is handy in the carport area even though this year I did laundry at my daughter’s place 5 minutes away. Ron and Cheryl are awesome hosts. They respond quickly to any questions you may have.

Peace on Seacoast

We found our Condo apartment just as it appears on the VRBO site. The apartment was clean, modest just as expected at the beach and well maintained. The owners were pleasant, informative and personable. Since this was the Winter season it was quiet and peaceful which is what we were seeking. I absolutely loved the view of the Ocean looking out the sunroom windows. This could be a great place for families with children and retired folks as well. We rented a car and were able to drive in a short time to other areas of San Diego. Shopping for groceries is available at Vons which is a short distance. Rent a bike in Coronado. Go to the Zoo, walk the beach or watch the birds seals, and other sea life. We would recommend this Condo to others seeking a place to lower their blood pressure ahaaa the Seacoast retreat.

Beautiful condo and amazing views!

We stayed for nearly a month at this lovely gated condo with everything, even assigned covered parking. Arriving, you will be wowed by the views. The ocean is right there!! We felt that every single day. Enjoyed the ships, dolphins and the stellar sunsets. Ron and Cheryl are great to work with all the way and really care about your comfort. Seems they have thought of everything! The kitchen is very well stocked with nice appliances, good utensils, glassware and dinnerware. The towels, bedding, throws, etc., are all top notch. The neighbors are kind and helpful. We walked to the pier most days and often got ice cream at Cow-a-Bunga. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants and grabbed a few things at the convenience store too. We felt at home! Thank you Ron and Cheryl. It was a great vacation all the way around.

Beautiful home away from home

The ocean, dolphins, and occasional sea lion are right outside the back door! This property is has everything you could think of and the things you didn't think of - very well appointed. The host was very responsive and gracious with all requests and questions. There's ample parking and a coin operated washer and dryer for the occupants of this small complex. If I return to this area, I won't bother searching for a different property, because this one had it all.

An all around awesome vacation rental! Highly recommended!

I was looking for an affordable vacay rental for some family coming to town, and this unit did not disappoint. It was as advertised. Charming accommodations with generously sized kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedrooms. The balcony and mini "Florida " room offered breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Coronado Islands, and other landmarks. We could see pods of dolphins and other aquatic life a few hundred yards from the property! There is a nearby trail with beach access that made it easy to enjoy beach activities. We found plenty of shells and other items to take home as souvenirs. There are helicopters operating from a nearby base at random times throughout the day, but you will not likely hear them over the ocean and they didn't bother us much at all. The sounds of the ocean were relaxing and would help any weary traveler get to bed after a long day touring the San Diego area. We had our own parking area so finding a place to park was never a problem. There are off property options as well. The owners were so generous and provided us with instructions for everything from using the laundry facilities to operating the TV. They answered any questions we had in a timely manner, and were easy to reach. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for the next time.

We have rented this cozy condo for years ! We love the quiet location with the gorgeous beachfront views and the bird estuary behind you! You have everything you need. It has a well stocked kitchen so you can stay in and cook or go out It’s close to San Diego if you want to go to the major attractions but we come here to relax! We like that the condo is in a gated community. We really appreciate the owners. They are ALWAYS responsive if we have needs or questions. We consider them dear friends! This is an awesome rental. You will love it!!

Great Beach Vacation

The property has amazing views of the ocean form the kitchen, living room, and deck. In the afternoon the reflection of the sun off of the ocean turns lights up the entire west half of the unit. One the east side of the unit there are views of Tijuana and the estuary. The unit has plenty of room and lots of closet space. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked, there was even a coffee grinder that we put to good use. The neighbors were super friendly, and we ended up spending a few evenings having a glass of wine with them. I would go back in a heartbeat, and hope to next summer!

Amazing view

Just perfect! The ocean view was best of any oceanfront rental I’ve been in. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking and plenty of dishes. So important for monthly stays. Ron and Cheryl are very responsive to any questions and issues that come up. and friendly. Felt very safe there. Nice to have washer/dryer on premises. Looking forward to staying next year!!

We grew up on the Jersey shore and always wanted to be able to witness the beach lifestyle as adults. After moving to California, we found Imperial Beach 18 years ago and our family has been enjoying IB ever since.

Why they chose this property

We love the feel of Classic Southern California and came to Imperial Beach because it is one of the last untouched beaches in California. Since this is our second home it is lovingly maintained and available for you to enjoy the many aspects of Imperial Beach that we do. Flanked by the Pacific Ocean to the West, the Tijuana National Wildlife Refuge to the East and South San Diego Bay from the North, our condo is nestled between miles of uncrowded beaches, beautiful surf and unparelled open space and wetlands teeming with wildlife. There is so much to see and do in Imperial Beach from swimming or surfing at the beach, to a walking tour of public art, to a nature walk and bird watching experience at the Estuary, or to simply relax and enjoy the dolphins coasting by. Don't forget the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

What makes this property unique

Imperial Beach is quiet and peaceful and we fell in love with this Ocean Front location with fabulous views located on the beach. We noticed that IB's location also allowed us to be able to visit the City of Coronado and its many amenities in minutes as we are located just a few miles away and enjoy visiting Coronado and the Historic Hotel Del. Lastly, due to IB's location we are also able to visit the beautiful City of San Diego as it is minutes away which give us numerous opportunities to witness the cities amenities.
