Remodeled Spanish Bungalow Suite • Short Walk to SJSU + Parking

Newly remodeled guest suite in a historic Spanish bungalow, a short walk to SJSU. Central Silicon Valley base with quick access to I-280, Hwy 87 & 101. Under 10 minutes to Caltrain, SJC, the Convention Center, SAP Center, Levi’s Stadium, and downtown SJ. Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a furnished patio perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. Thoughtfully equipped for work or rest, with easy self check-in. We’re nearby and happy to help anytime.

The space
Step into a piece of San Jose history in this beautifully remodeled guest suite within a Spanish bungalow officially designated a Structure of Merit. Set in the heart of downtown with free on-site parking included, it blends timeless character with modern comfort; and adds a peaceful, private patio for coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at dusk.

Inside, you’ll find:
- Fully stocked kitchenette
- Newly remodeled bathroom
- Queen bed with bamboo pillows
- Smart TV and blazing-fast mesh Wi-Fi
- Fresh linens, toiletries, and hotel-style essentials

The home has been thoughtfully restored to honor its original design while providing the conveniences you expect. It’s professionally cleaned before every stay.

Check-in is easy via lockbox. Please confirm your reservation and arrival details in advance; late arrivals are welcome; message us anytime and we’ll reply as soon as we can.

Security: Exterior cameras operate 24/7 for your safety. Make sure your guest count is accurate, and let us know through the Vrbo app if anything changes.

Other things to note
For our pet owners, please bring your pets for a walk instead of potty in the courtyard. The pee will kills the plants’ roots, we also don’t want to have other guests accidentally step into the poop. To be a good neighbor, please pick up after them whenever they go.

Please keep in mind, we are located on a busy commercial area within walking distance to San Jose University, so there are potential noises due to lots of foot / car traffic.

This was the perfect little stay for me and my pooch. Quiet & clean, nice kitchenette area. The only thing missing is a bathroom sink with mirror. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to wash your face, brush your teeth, put on makeup and get ready for your day. There is a full length mirror, which is great. Cute little sitting outdoor area for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. One great thing, it’s in a gated area with a very small yard so my dog could be safely contained outside, and it’s private.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I love Downtown San Jose’s blend of historic homes and urban energy. From the house you can walk to San Pedro Square Market, great coffee spots, parks, and the convention center; and it’s a quick hop to SJSU, SAP Center, and Diridon/Caltrain & VTA Light Rail for easy Bay Area access. The block is quiet and residential, yet you’re minutes from dining, arts, and tech campuses; perfect for both work trips and weekend exploring.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is a restored 1920s Spanish bungalow that pairs original charm; arched doorways, warm hardwoods, and tons of natural light; with a modern, thoughtfully designed interior. Guests get fast Wi-Fi for WFH, a fully equipped kitchen, hotel-quality linens, and efficient heating/cooling for year-round comfort. You’ll have dedicated off-street parking, keyless self check-in, a tidy private yard/patio to unwind, and a layout that’s ideal for two couples, small families, or business travelers who want style, walkability, and a seamless stay.
