Please, if you're going to leave a review, be honest and refrain from harming businesses. First of all, long before you arrived on my Vrbo listing, I had called you several times and even sent messages through Vrbo. I even called Vrbo to send proof to the app that Puerto Rico was in a state of emergency, and there was no water for 15 days. I told you to please cancel your stay because I was going to close until everything in the government was resolved, but you refused to cancel. I even refunded your money, but you still wanted to stay. It wasn't until you saw that it was a serious situation in Puerto Rico that you decided to cancel. Please be honest when you leave a review. I've been in business for years, and I never deceive people; I always provide the best possible service
