This apartment located in the heart of the metropolitan area at 12 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport, 15 minutes of tourist areas and beaches and about 3 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in PR. You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by.
Places to eat are at a walking distance, you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants.
If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away.
Is your check-in is late at night? Don't worry, this is place has an automated check-in with an access code. Access code will be send same day of your arrival.

Please ready carefuly:
Please make sure not to spil or clean your make-up with the bedding or towels, any stain you leave on beddings or towels that cannot be remove after laundry wash, a picture will be taken and it will be charge.

Weekend get away!

Nice little property! I love how it’s conveniently close to the freeway. Angel is a good host. I stayed at another property of his last year. Definitely recommend staying at his places!

Excelente sin dudar

Excelente lugar y muy central en San Juan. El lugar es limpio, completo, organizado y hogareño. El host es muy amable y nos ayudó mucho con nuestra estadía. Definitivamente volvemos allí en nuestro próximo viaje.

Necessary improvement

The rooms were good. But the entrance and sorroundings and the building itself leavev a lot to be desired.. needs a proper first impression face lift. Grass and shrubs needs removing from the entrance. Definately needs some first impression up dating

The stay was great

It felt like we were staying at a family member’s house. Angel was very nice and we got to meet him. The house was literally so close to everything. It was great for the time we stood there. Thank you angel for everything!

I want to start off by saying this property allowed us to check in hours early!!! We stayed in Apt 1 and the AC was fantastic but not the cable TV. As long as you’re not super noisy or a chain smoker you’ll get along well with the on site property manager. He keeps a friendly-vigilant eye on the place. This property is perfect for catching an Uber to Downtown SJ (Candado Beach) or Las Plazas Des Americas or the Airport without the expensive hotel fee. We felt safe, even late at night walking to and from the local gas stations or restaurants within walking distance to this property. This one bedroom apartment felt cozy and perfect for an authentic PR ‘local’ experience. Would return back with my partner but not with any small children. The most noise we heard were children playing during day at a school close by and roosters in the distance.

Best experience

In the heart of the locals. The host Angel was the absolute best. It was exactly what we were looking for and more. Don't be turned away by the outside, once we met Angel and he took us inside we quickly felt at home. He sent us his favorite things to do and he did not steer us wrong! Not fancy but had all necessities. We will be staying there again.

Amazing Time

I had an amazing time staying here in San Juan. Angel was a great host and provided a list of places to eat and things to do. The place was clean and comfortable. When I come back to San Juan I would definitely book Angel’s place again!

Great budget travel apartment

Angel is a great host with some nice budget apartments. I stayed in the 1 bedroom but he was nice enough to show me his other 2 bedroom apartments. Everything is clean and have AC in the bedrooms. The 1 bedroom has a brand new super cold AC, clean living room, kitchen and bathroom. It’s a great deal compared to all the Marriotts and Hilton properties I have stayed at in the past 10 years. It’s no longer worth paying for these hotels in PR with all there BS taxes and fees you have an extra 4 lines of nonsense in every bill. Wheather you are on the beach or 10 miles away they will still charge you to use any of the bs “amenties” or not. You are saving about 150 dollars a day which you can spend on a rental car or at restaurants. This place has No roaches, lizards,scorpions, or frogs anywhere inside or outside the apartment. He also has a washer and dryer outside plus a vending machine. And a very secure buzzing in and out system. The second floor did have some nice balconies. Thanks Angel I will definitely be back in December.

Great place to stay for my quick visit to PR. Has a generator.

I came back to PR to vacate my mother's house. I chose this place because it was closed to where the house is. It has everything you need, and Angel is a superb host. You can contact him at any time. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Puerto Rico suffers from power interruptions and something I liked about this place is that it has its own generator. This is a plus. Thanks, Angel, for everything.

This place was simple and just what we needed. It was just me and my friend, and we felt like it was the perfect size and a great location. The kitchen isn't equipped with enough stuff to cook a whole meal, but that was perfect for us since we only wanted to cook breakfast and spend the entire days out and about so we ate out or had food delivered. The bedroom has air-conditioning only, which is typical in PR, and it's not an issue at all because the a/c gets cold enough to cool the entire place down. Our host was very informative and helpful. He speaks English and Spanish, which was helpful as I personally don't speak Spanish, and my friend isn't fluent. The bed is I would say firm which isn't for everyone, but it worked great for us and the pillows were nice. The host also has beach towels and beach chairs available for you to use if needed. Overall our stay was enjoyable and just perfect for our needs. We will Definitely look to book again in the future.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we started planning our next trip before we even left. It was absolutely amazing, and having Angel as our host truly made it that more memorable. The apartment was true to its core and gave us a more genuine experience. Angel was too kind, offered any sort of assistance, was consistently there if we had questions or what to do. I truly cannot say enough nice things about Angel as a person and our time down there. We seriously cannot wait to come back and are planning accordingly to book with Angel again !

Long weekend vacation

We had a fantastic time. Angel maintains the place very well and was always available for help or to offer suggestions. We would recommend staying here without hesitation. Our long weekend was a great experience.

The property was in limited use condition. It needed repair the shower needed repair. Some windows did not work. The deadbolt did not work.
