Relax and unwind in this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath top-floor retreat featuring breathtaking views of Lake Roosevelt. Located just a 0.25-mile walk to the trailhead for lake access and only 1.1 miles from Seven Bays Marina, this home is ideal for boaters or lake adventures. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a Wi-Fi TV, a large selection of Wii games, and plenty of board games. Each bedroom also has its own Wi-Fi TV. The large kitchen with double ovens gives you the flexibility to prepare gourmet meals or quick, easy dishes.

Step outside to enjoy a large BBQ on the deck with plenty of seating to take in the lake views. The patio features a gas fire pit to stay warm on chilly evenings, and corn hole is available on the small grassy area beside the house.

From the moment you walk in, the open floor plan welcomes you with modern furnishings and a warm, inviting vibe. The seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas makes it easy to gather and entertain. Each bedroom is designed for a restful night’s sleep, while the fully stocked kitchen is ready for your favorite meals.

Such a beautiful property...it was peaceful with beautiful views, wildlife and great friendly neighbors. The host had outstanding and timely communication...all of the amenities were as advertised. The WIFI was out but the host made generous accommodations to compensate...it did allow us to disconnect more which was a welcome surprise...will be come back in the future and recommend it to our friends
