The house was amazing, very clean. Location was close to shopping, pool, and dinning. The beach was within walking distance. We will definitely return!

The house was beautiful and the area was great. We had an issue with the heater but they were very responsive and quick to send a repairman. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home but the heating/cooling situation needs to be addressed. The upstairs was set at 60 degrees and it registered as 85. It was extremely hot and hard to sleep.

Management company AvantStay was terrible.Stuck on front porch after traveling for 25 minutes trying to call someone to get the door code which was never sent to us! Main pool which is a huge asset to this property was closed and under construction with out notice. Had to call again because Wi-Fi and password were both wrong!The house was lovely but very very frustrating with no compensation for pool closure.

The home was as described. Being tucked towards the back of the neighborhood was nice. Walkability is a 10/10. We were able to enjoy Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach shops and restaurants without having to drive and worry about parking. Shuttle service to the beach is a nice amenity too
