The space
We are an apartment with maid service and room amenities as follows:
1) All linens
2) bathroom amenities
3) 2 bottles of water per day.
4)2 times maid cleaning per week.

The room charge however doesnt include electricity and water. All residence will have their own meter for their usage.

Please note utility will be charged extra if you have chosen to take advantage of our bulk weekly discount and longer. Each room will have its own meter.

The location of your room may vary. we are 4 storeys building without an elevator. Your room is on a run of the house. Most likely , we will try our best to put you on a lower floor unless requested otherwise

Although you may have to send a request to book first, we often have a few room available. We tend to get booked up pretty fast. Please book as advance as possible.🙂

3000 baht deposit will be called upon arrival.

Electricity will be charged at 6.5 baht/unit and 14 baht/unit for water.

Each room will have its own meter. we will write down the beginning number when you arrive.
