Charming 2-bedroom house in lovely Tyler with AC

Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Tyler home. This cozy house features 2 queen beds, AC, iron, hair dryer, and heating. Enjoy the convenience of a hair dryer in the bathroom, and Keurig with stocked k-cups in the kitchen. 2 burner gas grill outback in a private backyard and sitting area with shaded umbrella. The kitchen sink also has a water filter attached and a new packaged sponges for every guest. There are also complimentary snacks for your convivence!

The home has smart Tv's in each room with black out curtains!
The beds are on heavy duty metal frames and box springs with comfy mattresses and sheets! There are towels in each room and rags stocked in the bathroom.

The bathroom is a shower/ tub with removable shower head. A safety bar is installed and the shower is stocked with St.Ives body wash and herbal essence shampoo and conditioner. There are disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, tooth picks, bath bomb, shower cap, Q-tips and feminine products, shave kit, lotion and toe nail clippers if you need any!

The laundry room has a full size washer and dry, with tide pods available for your use as well as dryer sheets.
There is also bug, wasp spray and sun block in laundry room.
This is a Texas home you never know when you might need it!
For your convince there is also a small first aid kit located in laundry room!
You may get a friendly visit from the neighbor hood dog, he looks like a germen shepherd and minds his own business This is a pet free home, please refrain from brining pets to avoid any issues!

This is not a shared space, the entire home will be your spot.
