Welcome to your quiet getaway in the heart of New Braunfels! Our private guest house offers a peaceful escape just minutes from downtown attractions, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, and the Guadalupe River. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a float trip, or a Hill Country adventure, this cozy retreat is the perfect home base.
The space
This thoughtfully designed open-layout casita combines comfort and convenience in one inviting space:

Sleeping & Living Area: Features a plush king-size bed and a comfortable couch in the same open area, perfect for lounging, reading, or watching TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking basics for simple meal prep.

Bathroom: Clean and bright with a stand-up shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Laundry: Includes an in-unit washer and dryer for guest use, ideal for extended stays.

Guests have private access to the casita and parking area through the second gate on Westmeyer Road. The guest house is located in the middle of the property, offering privacy and quiet surroundings. We have 10 dogs, 10 chickens & 4 cats that live outside. Yes the rooster does crow and the dogs do bark once in a while.

This property was exactly what we needed for our weekend trip to New Braunfels. Communication with host was amazing, the casita was clean, quiet and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in New Braunfels and Gruene. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Clean, seamless check in and out, pet friendly. You need to not mind dogs barking when you arrive or move around outside. Beautiful views, good value for the price and good location.

Our stay here was wonderful. The guesthouse had everything we could have wanted and needed. Extra blankets, towels, adorable little kitchen with all of the things. Though we didn't use it, the outdoor seating area looked wonderful for a fire on those chilly nights. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Much better value than any hotel and just as close to anywhere you need to go.

The doodles and I stayed here while we were in New Braunfels for a doodle pool party. It can be hard to find a place that allows dogs and has enough room for them, but this little cabin had everything we needed.The location was great and close to shopping and a really nice H-E-B. The cabin had a decent bed, a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and stove, and even a washer and dryer. The concrete floors were also perfect because I could easily sweep up the dirt the doodles tracked inside.I originally thought there was a separate fenced-in area for the dogs, but that was my fault for not looking more closely at the listing and pictures. The host let me know that we were welcome to roam the property, so we made it work without any issues. The listing does mention that she has dogs on the property and that there may be some barking when you’re outside, but that didn’t bother me at all. Barking is what dogs do!The host was always quick to respond when I reached out. Overall, the cabin had everything we needed, and I would stay here again.

Very clean rental- very accommodating, pet friendly. Very beautiful area, with views of city lights- right down the road from the drive in theatre and not far from essential stores. Owners are very responsive and friendly and willing to help- hope to be able to stay here in the future!

This place was a perfect location to our weekend trip - Very clean, Marion was a great communicator and was so nice with plenty of room for our 2 pups to feel right at home as well. We look forward to coming back!
