Super nice, all new-ish and very clean. Nicely appointed and it has everything you would need. Beds comfy with very nice linens. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this ranks among the top. Only problem with this property is the extensive structural renovations going on with the building. I was told (by Casago) that it wouldn’t affect our stay but every morning at 9 I was awakened by loud drilling seemingly above my head……like they were gonna break through the ceiling. About 1/4 of the building had balconies removed and windows boarded up. Made me worry a bit about structural integrity of whole building. Pool area is nice but rest of grounds on ocean side of property is all dirt/construction stuff, etc.That being said I would stay here again after construction done.

We have rented Condos in New Smyrna for 40 years. We have never experienced such a negative experience regarding access into the main building. We were only provided 1 key fob…that is necessary to enter the main building & also the building entering from the pool/beach. This is unacceptable & severely impacted our families vacation. We were told by 2 other unit owners while there that we should have been provided a 6 digit code that would have corrected the issue. We also were unable to check in until 4, which I realize was the anticipated time, but again we were told the cleaning service had been gone for 2 hours prior to our arrival at 3:30 & considering the construction going on at the building you would think renters would be allowed in a little early if the condo is ready for a family to enjoy the more quiet time, as beginning Monday the noise of construction began. We were told when I made the reservation the construction would be on the opposite (south side) of the building from our unit, but at approximately 9:00am on Monday, a construction worker on a high lift was right next to & above our balcony power washing windows ;/ I feel we were mislead about the construction interference. The Condo itself was nice, but the water pressure in the master bathroom was non existent. Could barely rinse my hair. We were told there would be chairs & umbrellas, there were not. Talking with other owners it seems the key fob/code issue we had is an owner decision.
