It's a beautiful home and great location. We did love having access to tennis and the beach, however, one of the reasons we chose this house was for the pool and hot tub, which we're closed for maintenance. This wasn't disclosed to us. Also, we didn't have hot water initially and at first we were told the water heater couldn't be checked by us and that basically we had to deal with the luke warm temps, but the next day, there was no hot water at all. They did send a plumber out, who discovered a bad element, which is exactly what we said it most likely was. Also, the dishwasher's upper shelf wouldn't pull out which made it very hard to load. Then, there was a knocking sound in the wall near the downstairs master bath. We mentioned it to Mary. It did make it hard to sleep. And lastly, we initially only had one beach chair. We had to share sitting on it at the beach. Mary did have new chairs delivered the next day. Other than these inconveniences, it was a nice home.

Hey Sharon thanks for the review. We try hard to make guests stays as great as possible, unfortunately sometimes not everything goes as planned. We did allow you access to the house early at no charge (12ish I believe) and the beach chairs were brought to the home around 4pm est not the next day which is actually check-in time. The pool is a community pool not a private pool at the home, so we have no control over any maintenance or reasons why the pool would be closed, the HOA manages the pool. Lastly, yes the hot water heater element did go out, I was told about this Saturday evening. The plumber was there by 11am Sunday morning and element was fixed with hot water. We are sorry for these inconveniences and again we do try to make things right as quickly as possible. We see you rented this home next month in March, we look forward to your future stay and hope to make your stay a 5 star stay next time. Thanks again.
