The house was clean, plenty of space, comfortable furniture and close access to the beach. Very close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants around.

We absolutely had a fabulous beachfront time at Changes in Attitudes. Our host Jan was accessible and responsive. Everything about check-in was a breeze, the kitchen was fully stocked and she even stocked refrigerator and pantry staples so that we wouldn't have to buy things like ketchup, mustard, sugar etc. The home was comfortable and had many TVs etc. It was clear that the kitchen had been updated and there was even a wine fridge which really came in handy!! She even had beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, etc which enhanced our beach enjoyment. We would stay again without reservation!!

Us, kids with spouses, and grandchildren. Had a great time! Home was perfect for us as we stayed in downstairs bedroom. Everyone else stayed upstairs. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook and in dining area to eat meals and play games after kids in bed. Nice space to hang out inside and outside on the different deck areas. Beautiful views of the beach. Most of the home is updated which was very nice. Most of us do not drink so we used the wine fridge for water and soft drinks. The young grands liked it. :-)

Great House/Location

This was a special getaway for our family to celebrate a loved one. Jan's place was ideal. Clean, well-stocked, beautiful views, comfy....close proximity to another family members house down the street. Would definitely rent it again.

Great Beachfront House!

The back decks and proximity to the beach makes this house great. The rooms are perfect for families with kids. We would definitely go back.

Right on the beach.

I would definitely stay here again. Out the back deck and you're on the beach. Plenty of parking. Two bedrooms have decks to watch and listen to the ocean.

Fun Family vacation!

This is an amazing property. This is the second time we have stayed here for a large family vacation and everyone enjoyed themselves. The property is clean, well maintained and directly on the beautiful ocean. We had 5 kids and 7 adults and everyone had their own space. We LOVED it and can't wait to go back!

Family Reunion

Great stay for our family. Young and old enjoyed the water and ease to go out if they wanted. Great gathering spot. Even enjoyed the flybys from military planes. Not something we see everyday. We had great weather and everyone was very nice everywhere we went.

Great Vaca

Nice house. House had a leak earlier in the season and needed floor repairs which according to owner was scheduled for the off season. Decks were amazing to sit on in the evenings and watch the waves roll in. We are breakfast and lunch on the lower deck most mornings. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Would stay here again.

Great Place

This place was wonderful, a short walk from the patio to the beach, great view, and plenty of space. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the property, it seems the cleaners could be a better job. Other than that this place is wonderful and would highly recommend!

Family Beach Fun Time

Property was well located in a nice part of the island. Well equipped with everything you might need for the beach. Property manager was very responsive and friendly to appliance question. We had a fantastic time on the beach.

Beach front

House is great for a family with kids. Two bedrooms can fit four kids each. Both ocean front rooms were great and main floor bedroom was just right for my teen. Kitchen is well equipped. Closet has chairs and beach toys and deck has nice outdoor furniture.

Great family rental

This was a 3 generation family vacation with 7 adults and 6 children (2 thru 10). The house was just as advertised. The location was perfect with plenty of parking. Although it is a duplex the shared porch and beach access was not an issue even though our neighbors had nearly a full house. We found it to be a great value for a beachfront location at the end of June.

Family Trip

The property was very spacious and the bathrooms were nicely updated along with the new deck. it would be nice to have some kind of dividers on the decks to help with the feeling of being with just your group. There wasn't anyone next door so this was very nice for us.

Great location!

Had a wonderful stay and Jan was so easy to work with. Had to wait to get into property (after 3:00) for cleaners to finish up and I think they missed the main bathroom. Brought some Clorox wipes with me and cleaned it. Other than that the new deck was awesome for crawling babies to be on. Thanks for a great vacation!

Fell in love with Emerald Isle.

Perfect location and really enjoyed the mornings drinking coffee outside. One morning a deer walked right in front if me:). House could use a few more lamps - 2 of the bedrooms only had overhead lights. The master bath upstairs needs a deep cleaning or possibly updating. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location and perfect size for our family reunion!

Seconds to sandy feet, this beach front property provides a 24/7 gorgeous view of the ocean with balconies off two bedrooms and the kitchen/living area. Lunch on the large deck outside or around the generous family dining room table. It was just the right size for our family of four adult kids and their families, which includes three small grandchildren. It’s situated on the island close enough to walk to fresh bagels, the local movie theater or drive to Publix grocery store. We enjoyed beautiful warm weather the first weekend in November!

Convenient and equipped

Nice new deck. Easy access to beach. 5 minutes to Publix’s Gate provided for lower stairs. Used provided pack n play to block upstairs from two crawling/walking babies. Equipped kitchen except for baking pans (unless I missed them). Property manager quick response.
