A pleasant and peaceful place for an unforgettable vacation ideal for families and friends, infinity pool with ocean view. Located a few blocks from restaurants, bars and shopping centers and a short distance from the airport of Puerto Vallarta enjoys excellent location with everything within reach, the house is just minutes from downtown and a few meters from the golf course of Marina de Vallarta.

Depending on the season, and during the time that the bay is visited by various marine species, in Porto Fino there are various opportunities to appreciate from the terrace the wonderful spectacle that nature offers us by bringing humpback whales to this area, dolphins, turtles and stingrays.

Golf lovers can cross the avenue and play or practice in an 18-hole course.

Wonderful stay in paradise

Communication with the host was very difficult, due to their lack of responsiveness. However, once the Puerto Vallarta local contact Claudia got involved, about 3 days prior to traveling, everything went very smoothly. She and the onsite staff were very responsive.The house, Porto Fino Condo property, and location was superb!!!

Puerto Vallarta

The property and location are amazing. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience is that I tried to reach out to the host through Vrbo several months before my stay. I sent three separate messages. None of them were responded to until a week or so before check-in. I had to pay the full cost for the VRBO when I booked it so I expect a response to my questions in a timely manner.

We met Claudia and Patty when we checked in. The online pictures accurately show the property. It is clean and spacious. I would like to thank the owners for sharing this home. It is truly unique in its location, and is a great place to get a little downtime. Situated close to the marina, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. And there are always cabs sitting at the entrance to the property to take you anywhere you may want to go. The property is located in a condo ownership complex and is wildly different than the typical PV timeshare type resort. While this property has its own decent size "play pool", there is also an enormous resort style poll (that we never used) that barely anyone uses. The property also has a tennis court. What is not shown in the pictures is the fabulously loaded kitchen. We have stayed in many VRBOs and I have never seen one with as may pots, pans, utensils, plates and silverware. It was fantastic. I was kind of surprised that there was no icemaker on the condo property, but it just meant frequent trips to the grocery or OXXO to keep the ice available. We immensely enjoyed our stay, and likely will rent it again.

241 condominiums and 9 residences are part of this beautiful place. We occupy in its entirety 49,935 m2 of private built surface.

Being part of Porto Fino allows us to enjoy the beach, infinity pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, business center, green areas among others.

If you want to taste food without leaving Porto Fino, we have a snack bar where you will enjoy snacks and refreshing drinks.

What makes this property unique

It has an excellent location, part of a luxury condominium, Portofino in Marina Vallarta front beach with a wonderful view of the town, the mountains and the sea as well as directly access to the beach.
