The host, Nelly, was great, very responsive and patient with my questions. The location is awesome with everything you need close by but also very quiet with stunning views. A place thats very hard to leave, relexing to stay, and easy to look foreard to again.

We visit PV on a regular basis. This was our first stay at this property and will definately add it to our favorite list and will return for sure. It was very clean, the kitchen had everything we need, the ac worked great and both the property manager and the cleaning staff were fantastic and easy to work with.

Great location, a short distance from the airport, within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The penthouse is beautiful and very spacious, the view is spectacular, the complex is right in front of an uncrowded clean sandy beach, there's a restaurant right by the pool, highly recommended

Spacious Condo with Stunning Views and Beach Access

Amazing property, the condo is about 15 minutes from the airport, very spacious and nicely furnished, the best part is the stunning views from the balconies, the property has a direct access to a wonderful beach, on-site restaurant and the pool is wonderful. The location is so convenient within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The drive to downtown and the boardwalk is about 25 minutes, busy and noisy but fun. The host in Houston very accommodating and responsive, we enjoyed out stay and hope to return.

Fabulous

Our thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the large balcony with various seating arrangements was a highlight and we all gravitated there to watch whales in the bay and to enjoy the sunset and breeze. The kitchen is well equipped for meal prep, the grill was a big plus so was the on-site restaurant , having four bathrooms was amazing. The beachfront pools were perfect and we were always able to find a place that suited our needs. The view is spectacular, centrally located in the Marina District with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops, only 15 minutes from the airport. The rental manager very responsive and professional.Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We have just returned from our vacation in Puerto Vallarta.We were a group of seven women.I found these apartments completely by chance, and the dates were available.Everything fully matched the listing.The apartment is spacious, bright, and very clean.It felt cozy and comfortable from the first day. The apartment has everything needed for a large family or a big group.The kitchen is fully equipped.The room on the second floor is especially nice. It is separated from the others and feels private and cozy. Because of the color palette, it may be more suitable for boys.I would also like to mention the large wooden cabinet in the living room.At first, we didn’t open it because we didn’t need to. Later, while looking for an iron, we opened it and discovered a fully stocked bar.It was a very pleasant surprise and made us really happy.I would also like to highlight the hospitality of the host, Nelly. She responded to all my questions and requests very quickly.She was supportive and helpful throughout our stay.A housekeeper came once to clean the apartment. This was arranged in advance, which was very convenient.I would happily recommend these apartments for large groups or big families.The view from the 13th floor is absolutely stunning.Every morning, we watched whales directly from the balcony. We stayed in January, during peak whale season in Puerto Vallarta.It was an unforgettable experience!

10/10 Experience! Can't Wait to Return!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The ocean view from the rear balcony is absolutely stunning — we left the windows open at night and fell asleep to the soothing sound of waves. So peaceful.The pool area is fantastic, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive or friendly. Food and drinks are reasonably priced, which made relaxing by the pool even better. The nearby Marina offers a great variety of restaurants with diverse cuisines, plus coffee shops, convenience stores, and boutiques. Major supermarkets are just a short drive away.The neighborhood is lovely, full of friendly people walking their pets or enjoying a jog. While we rented a car, we found that many essentials were within easy walking distance. The beach itself is clean, uncrowded, and stretches on forever — perfect for long walks or simply relaxing by the water.A huge thank you to Nelly, our rental manager, who took care of every detail and made our stay seamless.
