I loved having the whole slice of the house to myself, it made me feel much better as a solo travel. The house was renovated beautifully and the washer dryer was a life saver. The only “bad” thing was the bugs. I think because of the age of the building the windows weren’t sealed the best and there were tons of little beetles and a couple wasps the made their way in. I wasn’t especially bothered by them but if you have littles or just don’t like bugs it’s something to keep in mind
