This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sits on a spacious, quiet lot just one short block from the beach. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, yet only a short half-mile stroll down a charming neighborhood street to Center Street’s local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. A nearby playground adds extra fun for families, and the rooftop “Captain’s Deck” is the perfect spot to unwind above the treetops and watch a stunning Lowcountry sunset.

Inside, the home feels bright and inviting with natural light pouring in through skylights and large windows. The open dining area is surrounded by glass, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee or family meals.

Location was a short and easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable for the pup. Everything for food and shopping was around a half mile walk. We enjoyed the stay. Very few minor inconveniences with the house and sent a text from the management number with no reaponse, bit these were not deal breakers, but mainly to.let the manageners know about them sot hey could be addressed before thebusy season begins. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a good spring break for the kiddos and family.

You cannot beat this location for beach access. Not in the thick of the main beach, we had plenty of space and it was maybe a 4 minute walk from the front door to over the dune to the beach. Nothing in the house is new or updated, but it’s all very well maintained, clean and functional. Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach, and we loved having popsicles on the top deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice home, super close to the beach!! Rental processes was easy and straight forward. Owner provides a lot of basics and starter toiletries. Consider bringing your own beach equipment as provided is mostly worn-out. Exterior of home could use a bit of work but nothing that affected our stay. Would rent again.
